This product its good helps with skin conditions like wrinkles I have used proto col for a long time now it makes my skin look nice and healthy, and worth the money.

I have been taking Proto-col for a few years now. It works well for me. Helps with my aches and pains. I certainly noticed the difference when I stopped taking them due to running out. You can twist the capsule and empty the powder into yoghurts, porridge, tea, coffee it does not affect the flavour. I just swallow them, easy to do. Good value for money.

I was skeptical about trying this product I,ve been in pain for years with osteoarthritis knees and legs very painful. for years putting off knee replacements, I watched a video about collagen great for hair, bones, nails, etc I've waisted money hand over fist over the years on other products magic claims I am onto my first bottle taken three a day at night, and what a difference these have made I don,t rely on my stick anymore hardly any pain I am ordering more of these most definitely I wonderful product.
