Do Not Purchase This Ink
Ink Arrived early January. Never had printed black. Cartridge fit fine, it is the same as previous cartridges. Only will print in red. Claims it is black ink. I overrode it to print about 6 postage labels before it would only print n yellow (black ink cartridge) and then stopped showing up altogether. Don’t waste your money. It now says it is out of ink completely. I bought a two pack and am scared to even try the second. The first cartridge lasted me less than 20 pages of printed postage labels. I wasn’t even trying to print difficult pages or ones with excessive usage. Skip this. It is the worst joke of a buy ever. Waste of my time and money,

I haven't used the recycled HP inkjet cartridge, yet.
(UPDATE) I popped in one of the two cartridges that I had purchased from Greenbox last night and it worked just fine. Quality is good. I'm happy. I dislike being asked to write a review on an unused product like an inkjet cartridge. How can I honestly answer questions like the print quality, value or longevity. I'll have to use one or two cartridges before I have any idea about the value and the longevity. The value depends upon the print quality and the longevity is really meaningless because all of the XL cartridges are the same size.

Communication about product
I reordered this Greenbox last November. I had been pleased with the product and wanted to make sure I had it on hand. I was surprised to find out that the Ink recommended, because I had previously purchased it l, no longer worked for my HP Envy 4500 and I wasted one box trying and have the other box. I do depend on the communication that when I reorder something, it is the same product. I would like to return the extra box so it is not wasted. This not a review but a comment about Amazon’s communication.
