When you first get these and pull them off you think you have done something wrong. You end up with a paper like back to it making you think its come off wrong. It hasn't! Lots of product for money, but I have to use at least 2 together to get the same energy boost effect. Also, they stick that well and you would be better buying a more expensive brand - especially if you have pernicious anaemia

I had been buying some other ones previously and then I saw you get loads more in the packet from this brand. I’ve worn them a couple of times now and I have found they stick very securely and have tried in different places. very easy to use! Preferable to tablets as I wear the patch weekly, this is far easier for me to remember and keep up with rather than something daily that I likely to forget. It’s great that they have a range of other vitamins in with the vitamin B12 as well. As a way to supplement, these are really helpful and their ease of use is the most important to me. I will definitely buy them again.
