Yes, this supply 60 amps output at 5v

this adds power at the additional power points, the controller controls the lights. the controller isn’t powerful enough for multiple light strips

All PC power cords are not made alike, so this is a good question! Still, the amperage rating on this device is in DC volts. The wattage rating is denominated in 110 volts A/C though, and that's no more than a desktop computer is generally rated to pull. Any old AC power cable will work peachy.
