The headset, despite being an old model, still holds up today. The long cord is very nice and the sound is perfect for normal use. It has a very tight fit and suppresses a lot more noise than i expected. The ear cups are also very plush and comfortable, and the headband is also coated in a soft leather/plastic-like material. The 7.1 surround sound isn't very good, however, even without it, the normal surround sound is more than serviceable. The microphone is a mixed bag, it's detachable and looks very sleek, but sounds like an airplane radio, would recommend getting a separate microphone if you need a good quality microphone

When I got it the sound was and still is awesome but the mic sounded bad maybe it was an issue because of my pc anyway a friend of mine told me to download a program called "peace" and he told me to put the settings and my mic sounded good though I hear crackling from time to time and changing the format from sound settings of the headset solves it but only temporarily I think the issue is from my soundcard but the refund window is out and yeah but yeah I recommend it and it's really good.

And that expectation was met. Just received the product, the box for the headphones itself seems to have some residue on it which can't be removed (as far as I know) indicating it might be older stock. Ordered the Red Cloud II but received the Gun Metal ones, still just as comfy and has all the extras. The mic is detachable but the cable running from the headphones aren't (again, as far as I know). The sound card works great and adds that extra bit of length that I need to connect it to the back of my PC. Overall can't get much better than these, for the price these are hands down some of the best pieces of kit available. 10/10 Would buy again ggez

Clear crisp sound quality , very comfortable and when you put the mic up it auto mutes the mic. And when you flip it down it unmutes. very nice sounding mic and very good audio i think you should buy it for you or your kids one of the best headset i got it for my kid and he loves it. Thanks

I like these so much I have a pair for the office and a pair for working from home. I went through a handful of on ear office headsets and they either broke or got really uncomfortable after a few hours. These are great because they're comfy over the ear and have the flip boom mic that doesn't interfere with coffee drinking. They work fine with Teams and the audio quality is perfectly acceptable for listening to music or podcasts while working. I'm in a shared office and haven't missed ANC. I also don't mind the cord since it means these can't run out of battery halfway through a meeting.
