I purchased the machine in April. The Levo is incredibly easy to use and is appearance is clean and discrete enough, it blends in with other appliances well, so I leave it next to the coffee maker. The display is intuitive, but you do need to make sure that you hit start after hitting a selection. I also find cleaning to be easy. Its really just cleaning a metal magnet and a small metal magnet. The do have a new potency pod not available on amazon yet that I am looking forward to purchasing. NOW for the BAD. The plastic on the lid broke. I believe I saw another mention of that. It can happen. the test of the company is how they will resolve the issue. I have now completed the RMA process, a little cumbersome but they did send a UPS slip for the equipment and are sending me a new machine. Remember to keep the boxes and manuals for 1 year. Overall, I do like the machine.

great machine - used for infusing oils and it works great - must do the prep correctly other than that levo provides lots of teaching info. made a THC Nuclear cookie lol! along with gout fighting mixes for a friend pick a transport oil - then let garlic tumeric ginger do their thing - very solid construction.

Absolute garbage product, should be zero stars. Had it just over the year warranty; only used it three times, and the clip that snaps the lid shut broke. I don't even know how; it was stored safely in a box. Well guess what, it won't function unless that clip is telling it the lid is completely shut. Five hundred dollar product that has such horrible build quality that a simple piece of plastic breaking makes it inoperable. Zero help from customer service, no replacement for the lid, nothing. If you're in the market for a infuser I would look elsewhere.

Great packaging and so excited to make more things! They have an app that is super easy to use and there’s so much information about these out there that makes it a breeze the design is so sleek!

This machine greatly simplifies the infusion process! Worth every penny. I have only infused mct oil but the infusion was thorough. You need to pay attention to the quantity of whatever you are infusing, especially if you are using mct or coconut oil because the oil adds liquid to your gummy mix.

Just buy it.

I purchased this last year around Christmas I just literally open the box yesterday almost a year later. I know life gets busy. Anyway was excited to finally use my Levo infus lux and guess what missing parts! Can’t even use it. I’m missing the pod protector and silicone stirrer. I reached to the company and was told I could purchase these items! Wtf according to page seven they come with the $500 dollar plus purchase! Don’t bother with this company no phone just text and they won’t help. Needless to say it’s a 500 dollar eyesore on my kitchen counter.

So what to say about this very bad quality product (and company)? Basically I spent over £1000 ($1300) to be able to use this machine 8 times! It's, to cut a long story short, just a company that specialises in fancy marketing at the expense of an even 'passable' product. I could go into a long, detailed account of how the machine technically works and it does look great and the functions are almost 'epic' - it can dry, decarb and infuse, as well as make various products like oils and tinctures for massage and so on. Just one big problem. The reviews of the Levo 2 say the lid breaks, often after only a few uses. This was surely addressed in the newer Levo Lux model? Well, no. It wasn't. Mine broke during regular use after I had only used it a few times and had followed all the instructions to the letter! So the Levo gummy machine, the extra Levo power and potency pods, the gummy mix, the extra cost for shipping from the U.S. and even converters to alter the current - it was a waste of money as I now have to throw it all in the bin. And the worst thing of all - when I reached out to their customer service to complain I received an AI generated response - so their 'customer service' doesn't even exist. Great - a company purely formed on fancy marketing with a very inferior, extremely poor quality 'flagship' product with no customer service. Avoid like the plague! Please also see the photos of the broken machine which are attached. Probably the worst company I have ever bought anything from or interacted with after using Amazon for 20 years. Very poor show indeed. Embarrassing really.
