I purchased this machine about a month ago, it arrived very fast and in excellent conditions. I installed it the very same day and everything worked fine. The bill acceptor was working good but the coin acceptor was not working at all. I immediately contacted their support number and they requested communication through Whatsapp, so I did reached to them that way. Even though their support is located in China and the timezone is way off, I always got a response from them. They sent a replacement part for the coin acceptor and it arrived only 3 days later. It's been one month so far and I love this machine.

Issues Identified:Frequent Keypad Failures: Input keys intermittently become unresponsive, leading to failed or delayed transactions.Inaccurate Dispensing: The machine occasionally dispenses extra change beyond the correct amount, resulting in monetary loss (approx. 15% of loss daily).False "Column Closed" Errors: The system displays "column closed" errors even when the columns are fully stocked, preventing valid purchases.Impact:These issues hinder the machine’s reliability and user experience, leading to operational inefficiencies and customer dissatisfaction.

I love the vending machine... the machine came on time no delivery problems... the vending machine was very simple and easy to set up.... I had a slight issue with a coil 3 months in and customer services was available even though it was a holiday they still answer .. Lynn from customer services help me with no problem they solve my issue in 48 hours and was very kind and welcoming... Everything is bad about this, it was good at first but after like a month just stop working first was power of the vending machine, next temperature, after coins, coins go in and counts as they pay but comes back out, and all of this is still happing since July.

This vending machine offers pretty good value for money. Installation was straight-forward. The interface is simple enough to operate, and it's pretty durable and built to last. Definitely good bang for the bucks.

I just got my machineHad a small issue and contacted the seller.They were very responsive and helpfulIt’s nice to deal with a descent company.As for the machine it’s all set up and running perfectly, hopefully I get a few years without issue but I do feel confident that they will help with issuesI would absolutely buy from them again.

Horrible customer service. They do not respond.The machine arrived damaged via shipping. They offered a free CC reader instead. I hooked the cc reader up with the video provided and it does not work. Nobody answers their customer support.Stay away from this junk machine.
