SO MUCH BETTER THAN A STAND MIXER
I started baking my own whole grain bread 17 years ago with freshly ground flour that I milled with my new flour mill. My first attempt at bread making was a disaster. It was so bad that I had to throw it away. Even the birds would not eat it. However, through the years I have honed my skills into making the best tasting bread ever. I have learned through the stretches of time that bread making is both a science and a creative art. And, it is a skill that is learned by both trial and error. I began with a stone ground flour mill purchased at a health food store and my aunts old Kitchen Aid. The Kitchen Aid, however, was not built for mixing and kneading thick bread dough. The Kitchen Aid moaned and groaned when kneading the bread dough and I knew that it was on its last leg as I was overworking it by baking 2 loaves of bread approximately even 10 days. In 2020 I purchased a new Wondermill Flour Mill and soon after an Aucuma Stand Mixer from Amazon. Both of these machines are amazing products and I still stand behind the quality of these two appliances. And, for a time I continued baking my favorite bread recipes - two loaves every ten days. However, I have slowed down considerably as I am now 87 years old. And, over the last few years my bread making came to a complete stand still. And, I found myself once again eating store bought bread. This bread not only lacked in taste, it also lacked the vitamins, minerals and enzymes that is only found in home baked bread made from freshly ground hard wheat berries. And, seniors especially need this kind of nutrition for optimal health. So, I began my research for an easier way to make the kind of homemade bread that I dearly loved. After watching a video on YouTube I became aquatinted with the Joydeem Dough Maker. This video demonstrated how much easier it would be to mix, knead and ferment bread dough. So, I took a chance bought it from Amazon. And, I was not disappointed. The Joydeem Dough Maker is more than an ordinary mixer. This technically advanced machine takes the bread dough through ALL of the stages of dough making to include precision intermittent mixing, perfectly timed kneading that closely simulates hand kneading as well as through a temperature controlled fermenting process. This advanced feature is due to the fact that the Joydeem Dough Maker has an internal heating element that keeps the dough at an optimal temperature so that you get the perfect rise of your dough every time. And, these added features have become a game changer for me. With my stand mixer I could only make 2 loaves of bread at a time. But, with my new Joydeem Dough Maker I can now make 4 loaves of bread at a time; this reduces the amount of time that I have to spend in the kitchen. And, the cleanups are easier and faster because there are less things that I need to wash. Because of these simplified and time-saving features I now find it so much easier to make my favorite whole grain bread recipes and I am once again enjoying the process of bread making. I highly recommend the Joydeem Dough Maker and give it five super big stars with happy faces. Hands down Joydeem Dough Maker is ten times better than an upright stand mixer and Amazon offers it at a reasonable price. Just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Great mixer. Perfect for pizza dough and more!
The mixer is great! Easily handled making dough for 2 x 2 pound loaves of bread. 15 minute mix time and the ingredients were perfectly combined and kneaded, Great for making 60, 65, 70 percent hydration pizza dough. So much better that my Kitchen Aid mixer.Handles 2 Kilo's of flour at a time making 12 x 265 gram dough balls. Highly recommend it. One can buy 7 of these for the price of one popular spiral mixer. Does the job well.

Outstanding Dough Maker: A Must-Have for Any Kitchen
I recently purchased the Joydeem Electric Dough Maker with Ferment Function, and it has completely transformed my baking experience. The 6.6-quart capacity is perfect for both small and large batches, making it incredibly versatile for all my baking needs. The 304 stainless steel bowl is not only durable but also easy to clean, which is a significant advantage for someone who bakes frequently. The microcomputer timing feature is a game-changer, allowing me to set precise times for kneading and fermenting. This level of control ensures that my dough is always perfect, whether I'm making bread, pizza, or pastries. The face-up touch panel is intuitive and user-friendly, making the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. I appreciate how Joydeem has made advanced technology accessible to home bakers like me. One of the standout features of this dough maker is the ferment function. It maintains the ideal temperature for dough to rise, resulting in consistently excellent texture and flavor. This function alone has saved me so much time and effort, as I no longer have to worry about finding a warm spot in my kitchen. Overall, the Joydeem Electric Dough Maker is a fantastic investment for anyone who loves baking. It has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to both novice and experienced bakers alike.

Great dough mixer
Love it! I did have some misconceptions about the functions, but it’s a great dough mixer. The “ferment” function is not a specific temperature, it’s just a timer that you can set to leave the dough in the bowl. The mixing is only one speed, and is intermittent. It doesn’t mix constantly. Our dough always turns out great though and it’s nice to mix and rest in one bowl. It’s easy to clean and store. Very glad I bought this!

95% of a good design with a fatal mechanical flaw
First, a little history: I previously owned the Bear HMJ-A70C1 which is labeled as 7L while this Joydeem is labeled 6.6qt. Except for some new open/close stickers on the lid, the units appear 100% identical and all the parts cross-swap. I think someone just did a unit conversion backwards because 6.6*L* does equal 7*qt*. Probably the size of this unit is 7L = 7.4qt. Pros: This thing is definitely designed to make dough in bulk very well. I used to have a bread machine that I used for dough but 30% of the time I would come back to find it hadn't mixed. That never happens with this unit. I regularly make pizza for 6-8 people (i.e. two large pizzas) and that's a single batch of dough in this machine and I'm not even using the full capacity. I'm pretty sure I've put four pizza doughs through here at once just fine. I also love the simple but effective processing options. You can control mix time and ferment time separately or turn one off. I usually mix and do a short ferment the night before and then throw the entire bowl in the fridge. Mid-day I pull it back out and do a short mix and a long ferment. This is just a few button presses. Cons: The first one died after just 3.5 years. The paddle axle just fell right out. Drilled the base out of the bowl to inspect why and it turns out the bearing had cracked, rusted and disintegrated. You can see the corrosion and the little metal parts of the inside race of the bearing. The axle was just turning inside the bearing which any car mechanic will tell you will only last so long. I think fundamentally what's going on is that the axle needs more support. The paddle has a lot of torque and is a shaking fit on the axle. That's making the axle bang into the bearing and eventually crack it. Once cracked it's only a matter of time. Making the base of the bowl thicker or adding some other radial support to the axle would solve this issue. [BTW, these photos look all dirty and there's little metal bits. None of that got to the inside of the food bowl. The seal worked well.]

Homemade bread making made easy!
Could not be any easier to make beautiful loaves of bread! I used to hand knead my dough but as I get older I want more simplicity. This checks all the boxes, not only is the machine attractive but it is well made. It has weight to it. It has a lot of power , dough for one loaf is nothing, 2 loaves still mixes with ease. I have not tried it for 3 loaves yet but I am confident it will not be an issue. It mixes and ferments. There is also an option just for fermentation. Clean up is fairly easy, the bowl is stainless steel, not teflon , which is much better in my opinion. Can't wait to use it for the holidays coming up, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, gorgeous loaves of bread. There is nothing like homemade bread

Exceeded ALL my expectations
I used to bake everything from 'scratch' with my Mom, and then my own breads, etc., until graduating from college and joining the rat race. But now that I'm retired and trying to be an even better steward of the resources God has blessed me with, I decided to stop buying things in the grocery store that I could make on my own, bread being one of those things. This Joydeem Electric Dough Maker arrived few days ago. Initially, my expectations were very low because the shipment packaging was thin, raveling and weak. I wasn't expecting much and wow, was I proved wrong. This Joydeem Electric Dough Maker is probably the best purchase I've ever made from Amazon. I decided to go with something hard, my favorite whole wheat bread with nuts and fruit. I can't knead like I used to because of my arthritic shoulders and wrists and this machine is a total game changer. This machine wonderfully mixed and kneaded all my ingredients and did a wonderful job with the proofing. No hard manual labor on my part. Everything worked as advertised. The only suggestion I have is that the manufacture needs to clarify in the instruction book that what it refers to as the "rest" key, is really the "ferment" button on the machine. I could not be more pleased. Lots of dough making ahead. Picture is from my loaf right out of the oven!! Thank you.

Good quality and price.
Great quality, can make 3-4 loaves of dough at one time. User friendly. Very stable, with grippy feet. Would give it 5 stars, but in fermentation mode, it gets a little too warm in one spot on bottom, and starts to bake the dough. Have found I can just skip that mode and let rise naturally.

Best Dough Mixer!
This IS the dough mixer you were looking for! Once upon a time, I mixed my own dough. Then I used bread makers. But - I need more than one loaf of bread. Also, we personally do not like the shape of the loaves when they bake in the breadmaker loaf pans, so I was in the habit of removing the dough and shaping it into my own bread pans anyway. When my third bread maker burned out in four years, I decided that I was DONE with bread makers. I started looking for dough mixers. Now there's a rabbit hole you can go down. My goodness. I fully admit that this purchase was a leap of faith that I really had think about. It's expensive. No one I know is using one, or has one, or tried one. They are happy with their breadmakers and their occasional loaves. My family eats toast in the morning. They often take sandwiches for lunch. We like to have breakfast for supper. We eat bread with our soups. So, I had to consider the math. The amount I'd spent on breadmakers that I'd burned out. The amount of bread we eat plus the cost of bread vs the cost of making my own bread. At time of writing, I've been using this once a week for almost four months. It's quieter than a breadmaker (at least all the ones I've used). I typically am using 6 to 9 cups of flour at a time for bread dough - the mixer is rated for up to 12 cups of flour - and it would handle mixing that NO Problem. At time of writing, if I had been buying commercially prepared bread, I would have spent almost the same amount as the purchase price of the mixer - so every loaf after this weekend gets cheaper for me to make. Or as cheap as it can be if the power bill didn't keep going up. This is a great mixer. It's a good design, the gears appear to be metal, the bowl is stainless steel, the dough hook is a heavy piece of steel, it cleans up well, it's not too heavy for me to move around and the first rise happens right in the mixer bowl itself. Like all appliances, you have to "tweak" your recipes a little, so be prepared for that. I do not regret this purchase, in fact, I wish I'd thought of it sooner. Happy Baking :) My only quibble is that the power cord is quite short - it hasn't been issue for me, just more of puzzling thing. Why is it so short?

Excelente producto. 10/10
