How are theses berries so much lower in calories than other brands?

Make sure you are comparing equal amounts of berries. The serving size for this is based on weight and equals approximately 1 Tablespoon, which is a pretty small amount.

Total sugar 2 gm for real??!

Yes that is probably correct. Terrasoul is a reputable company. But a 7 gram serving is tiny. I looked up on a dried gogi berry conversion table - yes, that is a thing apparently - and 7 grams of dried gogi berries is one tablespoon. A more reasonable serving size might be 1/4 cup, which would be about 8 grams of sugar. Still pretty good. I use mine mostly in granola, where the sugar in the berries (and honey) is tempered with nuts and seeds. I also use pure monk fruit powder, so I can use less honey.
