When I remove the mop head from the handle the mop is still in a plastic ring. Do I wash it in the wring?? If not, how do I get it out of the ring??

Great Question! Yes, the plastic ring is part of the mop head and can be machine washed. For best results, wash in cold water on a delicate setting and avoid using bleach or fabric softener as it may damage the fibers. Lay flat or hang to dry.

The base that connects the microfiber mop head cracked. How do i buy another one without having to buy the whole system again?
