Got this as a gift for my son for Christmas. He lives it. It is nice and heavy. Great quality. Worth the money. It's not a toy to be played with. It's a great quality piece to be displayed.

This looks as good as the product pictures, and it is big enough that you can easily see it from across the room... standing proudly. The finish on it looks nice, and it has a good shine to it. I would absolutely recommend this for any Lovecraft fan.

This is the one to buy. I had just reread 'The Call of Cthulhu' and loved the story even more than I remember loving it the last time I read it. I decided I needed my own statue of the High Priest of the Great Old Ones. My initial search results were jammed with okay...to awful 3D printed hack jobs from Etsy. Most were either tiny, or giant and cheap. Some were okay, others were detestable, though not as Lovecraft employed that word. Just about everything was exorbitantly over priced. As for this one, it is serviceably accurate in all of the important respects. It is not itsy bitsy, it is sizable enough to have presence, without being a dumb halloween decoration. It's got weight, it's solid enough. It really benefits from the hand painting and finishing. This is the one to buy.

It's a nice size, fairly heavy, and the sculpting work is well done. I was a little concerned that it might be kind of small but it really makes the most of those seven inches and I would describe the size as "just right".There are few things I think are worth mentioning though. First, he's holding a key in his tentacles. Why is he holding a key in his tentacles? Cthulhu is not Davy Jones. What is the key for? Is it the Silver Key? Who knows. It's kind of a strange detail.Second, the paint job on mine was very different from the one pictured. That one looks like it has two tones of bronze with a little green here and there in the crevices. Mine has almost no bronze except on the back, while the rest is mostly green with silver dry brushing. I'm already (completely by coincidence) using green and silver in my other decor, so at least it matches, but it definitely isn't like the preview images.

I was super impressed, mine seems very solid and the paint job is good. Will probably buy another for my desk.

I love this, I bought it for my dad to go as a display on his gaming shelf and I love it.

An excellent investment for all lovers of Lovecraft and worshipers of Cthulhu this statue is a must. A solid resin material that almost has the feel of iron - very sturdy and faithful to the description depicted in "Call of Cthulhu" and as pictured on Lovecraft's "Necronomicon".

Exactly what I was looking for! It makes a great bookend on my desk.
