Great for Protein Powder
I use these for mixing Protein Powder in my Yeti Rambler. Good for thicker powders like Casein Protein.

Great to have if you mix your own chalk paint
I bought these to help mix my own chalk paint. I did feel like this helped to get an easy quick smooth finish. I put the chalk in a plastic container with the water to make a paste then added one of these mixing balls and my regular paint. Seal the lid and shake until mixed. I leave the ball in the paint until I’m done with my project. That way I can shake my paint again if I have to leave it sealed for hours or days. Having a pack of 3 helps when there are multiple colors going. Because they are metal clean up is smooth and easy.

Would not use for shakes/blender bottle
Used in blender bottle and it fell apart - ball came out and then one piece broke off. This was after daily use >1 month. Not technically recommended for shakes so I’m not surprised it fell apart with heavy use. Worked great until it didn’t!

I just didn’t find the need to use this for stirring. It does work but for me it was just something else to clean up.
