Works really well for me for over a year - no failures. Incredible support too. Runs for a really long time between charges. Mine had been running for long without a charge (right through several refills) that when I finally had to recharge it, it turned off and I didn't remember that it requires a 5 second press to power on and emailed them thinking it had died. They reminded me how to turn it on (duh), and if that didn't do it offered a warranty replacement.

This worked well while it lasted. This lasted 1 year before the dispenser stopped charging. It would also shut off and off by itself. Contacted the company and they've sent out a new unit free of charge. Hopefully this one works longer than the last. Excellent customer service.

I have owned this unit almost 2 yrs. Works great but.... the inside treads where top and bottom unit attach, became brittle and broke. I have been taking care of it but it looks like I may have to buy a new one

This is our second purchase of this dispenser. The first would stop working and then suddenly several weeks later it would come to life. Finally, it stopped for good, so we purchased another one this year in May assuming that last one's problems were a fluke. The new one stopped working several weeks after purchase but came back to life in a few days. It has again stopped working and it has been several weeks. I don't know what the problem is with this dispenser, but I would not recommend purchasing one.

I have purchased 3 of these. The first one was for myself December of 2022. I use it everyday, I works wonderfully! Holds a charge, easy to use, adjust and refill. I loved it so much, I bought 2 more as gifts (Feb. and May of 2023). The one I purchase in Feb is still going strong. The last one, however, stopped working properly in April 2024. I contacted customer service, they were very responsive. They first tried to help us fix the problem, when that wouldn't work, they sent us a new one. What more can I say? I am very pleased!

It’s ok. Every time the cat walks by it it squirt out soap. Kind of a pain. Didn’t exactly fit my needs as hoped.

I'm really not sure how I feel about this thing after a week of use. It's hard to say how the dispenser would fair with a different foaming soap but with this first bottle, it really doesn't give you enough soap even on the "large amount" setting. So far everything is running smoothly and I haven't had any phantom dispenses when no one has put their hand under the sensor. I'd recommend it so far. Will update.

the seller makes you pay for shipping costs up front before receiving the product. very bulky and not fine details!
