This Reusable Nespresso Capsules can put in around 771.6 to 817.9 gr.

Do these work with latissima pro f456 dl? i can't risk damaging this insanely expensive machine!

They should work fine. I use them in my DeLonghi Latissima Pro, and find that the thoughtful way in which they were designed creates less stress on the delicate internal mechanism than other refillable capsules that I've used. Compatibility with Nespresso machines on Amazon's website is listed as follows: "These refillable capsules are specially designed for Nespresso OriginalLine Machines. Includes Nespresso U;Pixie;Le Cube;Maestria;Lattissima;Inissia;Concept and Essenza Mini; CitiZ (Not Fit for D110,Essenza Mini D30 and Prodigio Krups);Not Fit for :Nespresso Vertuo,Vertuo Plus,Next Virtuo,Delonghi En,Krup U,Breville,Mi-Scishare,Breville,Illy. If you're still concerned, I'd suggest that you check with the manufacturer, but they work great with my Latissima Pro.

Will this fit in the Nespresso D122 model?

I think, this model takes the original, the smaller, coffee pods. If so, these reusable pods should fit., I think.
