I recently bought this wireless headset for my job at home, and I’m thrilled with it! The price was incredibly reasonable, and the sound quality is simply amazing. It’s incredibly comfortable to wear, and the functionality is top-notch. You can walk away quite a distance with it without any issues. The mute function works flawlessly, and the volume is just right. I highly recommend it!

Works great and sounds great. It's setup from the factory to work with a PC via USB from the docking station to the PC and Bluetooth to the docking station. So if you're using it with a phone like I am, you have to run through a process to reset it and pair it with your phone rather than the dock. Once that's done it works perfectly. One negative, which may be related to the Bluetooth to the dock setup; when you put the headset in the doc to charge, it doesn't disconnect the Bluetooth connection to the phone. EVERY other headset I've used, when it's charging, it disconnects from the phone. This one, you get off your call, put the headset in the doc and walk away, and when your phone rings it's still connected to the headset. You have to get in the habit of switching the headset off every time you redock it. If you wear it / use it constantly its less of a bother, but I just use it occasionally when I take a call, I need my hands free and use the headset. Changing this so it would disconnect bluetooth when charging would make this device just shy of perfect.

They are better on a comfort level but callers hear EVERYTHING in the background. Returning them promptly. I found $28 LUXMO headset..are better.. not as sturdy but at least people can hear me.

Listening to podcasts on phone, i can bop around the house freely. They tend to fall while working so it helps to wear a ballcap over the set. Good unit, nice price.

Horrible product! Had it for less than a month and it already broke

My kid broke my 20-dollar Bluetooth headphone with a mic, so I got this one because the color scheme looks nice, and it had a charging station. My 20 bucks headphone looks more premium than this one. The fit is very loose. I don't like a tight fit, but this one was too loose, and it feels like it would fall off if I just moved a little bit. The sound quality is okay, considering this is not an expensive premium headphone. I will try it for a few more days. I am still trying to see if I should go through the trouble of returning this product.

I am a work-from home agent and I use these headphones on the daily and I wouldn't quit using them for any other kind/pair. They are great! The only dislike about them is the volume up and down button doesn't work and doesn't turn the volume up and down at all, they have never worked. Plus, the mute button has never ever worked either, since the day I first started using them. Other than those 2 issues, I love em!

the mic stopped working in 6 months

I ordered this headset (the stereo brown cushion) back in may 2023 and loved it. Worked well with ringcentral which my company uses, i could hear clearly and was heard clearly as well. Just perfect. I started having issues with sound and contacted the company which quickly looked into the issue (the problem was that randomly, the sound would just be extremely loud and only distortion, i couldnt understand anything at all, so the workaround for it was 1- always have white noise running and 2- if it happened, unplug the base from the pc and plug it back in right away, it always fixed the issue) , the company is still looking for it and confirmed its an issue with "higher grade headset" (like plantronic and the likes) but never the less i loved my headset and was amazed with how much the company was looking into issues. Then the microphone started having hiccups. I would have to move it for it to pick up again until now, where it no longer works. I attempted to contact the company via their website form which doesnt let me submit it because of "email error". Tried on a few different device to no avail. I emailed them twice and have yet to hear from them and used their chat to which they replied, basically asking me to repeat all the information i already added in the chat (detailed information with order number, issues, troubleshooting i did). It is radio silence ever since. I loved the headset, i really did. I advised it left and right to people i work with as the one supplied to us is wired (i hate the feeling of being leashed to my desk) and this one, you could actually move around the house while still being in a call. It was a game changer for me. But with how things are being handled now that there is an issue with the headset and how long it is taking to get any answer (its almost been 2 weeks now, maybe i am just impatient?) , i sadly went over elsewhere and i am contemplating openning the headset myself to see if i can fix it.

Nice bluetooth headset that is comfortable to wear. Soft padding on both the ear pieces and the top of the headband. Head band is adjustable. On/off button on headset along with volume up/down as well so if you are a far reach from your device you can still control the volume. Large multi-function button on outside of ear piece allows to pause/play and also has ability to answer or reject mobile calls. This allows you to with pairing to multiple devices simultaneously ie pc and mobile at the same time. Microphone has an on/off switch and can be swiveled up and out of the way. This is great for those times when you don't need the microphone and just need to listen like a podcast or training video. The base includes a bluetooth dongle. If you have a computer that doesn't have bluetooth (my older laptop doesn't) you don't need a separate bluetooth dongle to operate the headset. Simple plug in the base and it becomes the bluetooth dongle. Headphones can be charged either directly (usb cord headset to pc) or via the bluetooth base (usb cord headset to base). Base also makes a great stand for storing the headset when not in use. Or use the fabric satchel that was also included. Had no difficulty in connecting headset via bluetooth to phone, tablet and linux laptop. Also had no trouble connecting via base plugged into a laptop that doesn't have bluetooth built in. Sound on the headphones and the microphone was good. Not theatre quality sound but pretty darn good. The gun metal grey with brown accent is nice looking and the headset is light and very comfortable to wear for long periods. Instructions included are thorough and clear to understand. For anyone that does a lot of Zoom meetings and that sort of thing this headset has all the features you'd need. The range is 60 ft so you can walk away and still carry on with call or video without dropping the signal. Definitely good value for the money!
