Simple and amazing
I've been training heavily for the last 30yrs. In the process, I've wrecked my shoulder to the tune of 5 surgeries for various torn ligament. Now I face a total shoulder replacement. I push through a lot of pain when training chest but can't seem to get over the pain from benching. Decided to try this on a whim and it is revolutionary for me.
