Im very pleased with bread machine. I made a loaf of bread the day it arrived. Much easier than my last machine was. I cant wait to start making bread on a regular basis. My only thing is the paddles do make a lot of noise, and I did see other people state how quiet it is. Sorry not mine. Christina Cooper

I wanted bread that looked like bread, so I decided on this bread maker because it has the oblong pan. It is difficult to get the pan seated into the maker, but I'm hoping that will get easier as I get aquointed with the machine. My first loaf of bread came out great

I've been using this Davivy Bread Maker 3LB with 2 Dough Kneading paddle machine for over a month. I paid for this with my own money, and I don't need to write a review, but I like the machine and the bread it makes for me. It is nice to get consistently dense bread and a nice size loaf, every time. (I haven't yet tried other uses for the machine like making dough) I recommend that if you're looking for a bread machine, if you'd like to produce larger loaves so you don't have to make the bread all that often, then you should consider this machine. * I use half white and half wheat flour. When measuring white flour I first add flaxseed meal then white flour to the amount recommended. * In place of sugar I use equal amount of honey. * I add 2 eggs to the measuring cup and then water to the amount called for in the recipe. * I usually add rolled oats (Quaker oats or similar) when it prompts me. * But for a fruit and nut loaf, instead of the oats I add: 2 tsp cinnamon to the flour, and then when prompted I add 1 cup each of chopped pecan nuts and Craisins

I loved this when it first arrived and worked great for a few weeks. then evey once in awhile the display would not come on, this happened more and more until it would not work at all. i am working on trying to return / exchange.. Update- vendor is great to work with and helped me with the exchange (Amazon was not helpful) and I received my new machine yesterday. Can’t wait to make bread again- with my arthritis the simple large buttons are easy to use ….so Happy!!!! Nothing like the smell of fresh bread baking

This is my 4th loaf of bread that I made, and it hasn't improved. I had a West Bend breadmaker before and the bread turned out excellent every single time. The 3 loaves of bread I made before were high on one end and low on the other end. Now the loaf I made today is about 3½ inches high and I can't get it out of the pan. Literally, I can't get it out of the pan. To save time let me tell you, I use high gluten bread flour, I know my yeast is good, and I sprayed the pan first like the book says. Very disappointed.

Great large capacity. Crust bake too hard. I only use to make dough. I bake in my oven.

I've made three perfect loaves of bread so far. Love this cooker

C' est bon, il fonctionne bien , juste que les lames sont trop petites pour la quantité au complet 1,6kg . Je fais toujours les 3/4 , donc 1,2 kg.

I am very happy with my bread maker. I am having fun learning how to make different delicious breads and doughs. It is an easy machine to use.

This is my first bread maker but its easy to use..just add the ingredients ( from the book) and set how light or dark you want the crust and press start..thats it..it does all the work and the bread turned out perfectly..

I like this bread machine, but find it very difficult to get the basket inserted in the proper position. If I had known that, I would not have kept it.
