Does make noise while on. But smell is pure and I am really enjoying it

We purchased a unit in September 2019. Worked great till around April 2020. Ran the unit almost every day and night. The unit slowly stopped dispersing the oils. An email to the vendor resulted in a quick response with suggestions to clean the unit thoroughly. When that didn't work, we were promptly mailed a replacement motor. Installation was easypeasy (10 minutes) and we were back to nebulizing the oils. Just like new. Vendor was easy to talk with, we feel genuinely concerned with our satisfaction and was going to do whatever it took, within reason, to make that happen. Highly recommend the vendor and product. In fact, we'll be considering their units as gifts.

I have followed all cleaning recommendation and use a very expensive, high quality of aroma product. One day the vapor stopped dispersing. Nothing is clogged, the base is attached and the motor is working....just no scent. I spent $89 on this and feel totally ripped off. I have sent emails and left a voicemail as well and send chat texts and still nobody has called me back. If they stand behind their product and resolve my issue without charge to me, I will happily change this review.

This was much smaller than I expected and it’s more basic/not as “artistic” as the pics appear. Not sure it’s worth this price. Glass elements are very lightweight so you have to be careful. Otherwise very easy to set up and use, and it throws scent impressively well in a large area. I just set it up and is doing really well with doterra lemongrass oil - time will tell but good for now.

I had a water ultrasonic diffuser for the past couple years and it produced a mist that was just strong enough to tell what type of oil was in the reservoir. But using a nebulizer is like night and day. No more is the scent "watered down". I can now not only smell the oil a LOT stronger, but I can feel its effects in my lungs/head (Eucalyptus). Nebulizer is the ONLY way to go. You CAN hear the motor but it is a white noise type of sound that I don't find irritating at all. The unit goes 10 min/10 min off but I have it plugged into a 1 hour timer. In that time I get all the therapy I need.

I LOVE this little machine! It works really well and for someone who loves the smell of different essential oils (my favorite is Eucalyptus), this is the perfect way to get your aroma therapy fix! It’s not too loud and it really does a great job of diffusing the oil. I am absolutely addicted to it and I use it to keep my home smelling great without using toxic air fresheners. It’s also great that there are no plastic components that come into contact with the oil. I have been using this daily and hopefully it will last for a few years.

Everything was lovely with this diffuser, easy to use and I could use on a low setting and have fabulous scent results. Everything was perfect and I was about to order a second diffuser when it just stopped working. I enjoyed this diffuser for three to four weeks and then nothing. I took it apart, made sure there was nothing clogged, it simply gave out. Very disappointed especially since I had already given multiple friends the information to order this product, now I’m just embarrassed.

I like this diffuser so much! Iwas looking for neubulizers similar but chose this one b/c of its appearance, ratings and the fact that it had no LED color - more natural. Thank you, Aromis!!
