While I don't own any crypto, other family members of mine do. I requested this one to gift it to my dad, who's been using the Ledger Nano S model for a while now. According to him, while this one is a bit heavier and larger compared to Nano S, it still looks quite sleek. He liked that this model doesn't need a cord (except when charging), and the battery life is quite long (about 8 hours or so). He is planning to give one to our grandpa because this model can be used with iOS, unlike the Ledger Nano S (which I had no idea about), and keep two for himself and mom. Overall, this one was a perfect gift for my dad, and I think it would be for anyone who needs a crypto wallet :)

I’ve been using an old usb drive as a physical wallet for quite some time. I’ve read a lot about these Lefger brand wallets, but was hesitant to pull the trigger. I am glad I finally upgraded. These are a lot more secure than my homegrown method, and I like the ability to link via Bluetooth with my phone while I’m remote. There’s some conflicting reviews on the 3 pack of these, so I’d suggest reading more on the single packs. Despite what other reviewers have said, these DO have batteries as they should. I can’t speak to the issue of a charge not holding as I am not running into that at this time. I still think the price in these is a little high. I think a better value would be around the $60-75 ea range. $149/ea is pretty steep IMO.

I have yet to find a crypto I use that isn't compatible with Ledger. Using the hardware ledger is very easy. Just install the software, plug it into the computer and follow the prompts. The only issue I have with it is using the two buttons, right and left, to select on the device itself. I have a tremor and sometimes it would go back or move to the left instead of selecting when I wanted it to. It comes with three sheets to write down recovery codes, with numbered lines for each of your twenty words. Store them in different places, at least one should be kept secure away from your ledger. One thing to keep in mind is that if you want to use your crypto in something like a web 3.0 app it usually has to be in that apps wallet. I like to use BAT in the Brave browser but it isn't available if you put your crypto on the ledger.

Horrible customer service, all 3 devices would not take a charge and customer service kept sending back same responses even though I was explaining the problem. I tried for over a week to get support to help fix the problem. I reset the device multiple times and updated firmware as well. Stay away from this product

If you have any sizable crypto assets, a ledger is a must have. I’ve been in crypto since 2017, and i’ve used various soft wallets on my iphone (ie Cake wallet, Keplr), but now that I have a decent amount of assets, I feel better having them on ledger. I’ve seen too many people loose their funds via their soft wallets via various scams that a ledger would have protected them from. You can always keep a small hot wallet on software for the day to day usage, but size shoud be on ledger.

I love my other ledger(s)- they work great. Bought a 3 pack to give as gifts. None of them would Power on unless directly connected to charge/outlet. Returning and buying direct from Ledger. Hopefully, new ones work properly.

These are small and convenient. They are sturdy and seem to do what they are expected to do.

These are convenient and I would definitely use them again. 3-pack is a good value for this brand but it is pricey compared to similar products. Connected easily via bluetooth and battery life was as promised. Depending on how you use your crypto these may not work for you so I recommend you do your homework before purchasing to be sure you understand how they work. Not going to give a lesson here but they are not for beginners.
