I was skeptical about this product but I have been very happy with the results. I got my order the week of Thanksgiving and put it to the test. I always dread my stomachache on Thanksgiving after eating all the bad for you foods. Fructose is high in way more than just fruits and I usually have a pretty bad time after eating Thanksgiving foods. I took 4 pills before eating and drinking wine and other than feeling weighed down by all the food, my stomach felt actually normal which was amazing. I also didn’t bloat as mucha a normal. I have also tried this for day to day just taking one or two before a high fructose meal or drink and definitely notice the difference. While I wish it was more a friable it’s definitely effective and I would highly recommend.

I have started taking this when I eat fruit and it has helpd me a lot. I never had pain after eating fruit but this has helped with bloating.

I have Sibo and Fructose intolerance. It does somewhat works because I definitely have less pain. Unfortunately it does not relive bloating.

Only need 1 capsule before you eat to help with the digestion of high fructose foods. Watermelon, grapes, and mango are some foods naturally high in fructose. This works like a charm! They come on a nice metal box with a sliding lid. A lot easier to open than a child proof bottle.

I'm not sure if it worked or not but I broke out in hives shortly after using it. Very upset since it is expensive and I cannot return it.

Take 3 before meals and works most of the time. Do have to avoid fruits and vegetables with high fructose content.
