Wearing medium tshirt and order medium size, I suggest to go with large if you wear medium or 40 no shirt.

There is no way to wear it under ur shirt or tshirt and it doesn't show. Stitches lines or cut lines are so awkward and not avoidable

I actually prefer the small hooks as opposed to Velcro. I have a Velcro wrap and it's very lumpy and hard to attach smooth. Plus when I put any pressure on it getting up down it pulls apart. This wrap seems well made and I can be more active and not worry about it opening up
