They work
I wanted white door stops to match my white skirting boards, I got white door stops that match my white skirting boards. They are good value, and easy to fit with a single screw, and you can shorten them with a pair of snips and a bit of force (take the rubber cap off first and pop it back on when you're done). I would recommend that you bend them before fitting to break up the coils, as the finish sticks them together so this returns them to full springy-ness.

Door Stop that looks good
Bought them to "blend" in with white skirting boards and doors.While they look like a spring - they aren't actually springy, they do the job of stopping the door handle from damaging the wall!
