I dunno about hair as much but its great for women who are experiencing hirsutism n hormonal imbalance i usef it along with spearmint tea n it worked great, as long as hair are concerned i guess it only worked like 20 to 30 percent

I would not recommend anyone to buy, this is misleading they have put bottles in the picture but we get only one. This is awful..

I have been using this product since the Fall of 2024, but didn't realize how much I really loved it until I stopped using it for a week and a half and had the most horrible symptoms (not hair related). For hair loss, this product works! I was blessed with naturally thick hair, but have struggled with intermittent excessive shedding and overall thinning for decades (since my mid twenties and I'm now late 40's). I wanted to try something to slow the thinning and heard that Saw Palmetto can help some women. It definitely seems to have halted my intermittent excessive shedding and I can see increased regrowth in areas. Others have commented how great my hair looks. OK, so for me, it seems to be working for my hair. I take 2 capsules a day, not 3, as I am petite. I also didn't seem to have any negative side effects. Now, on to the other, more significant benefits, that I didn't realize were present, until I went off it recently. Almost immediately after stopping my doses, I had trouble with middle of the night insomnia. I've never been a great sleeper, but with much work, I had gotten my sleep routine tuned in so I could sleep 7-8 hours a night. Even if I woke up, I could go back to sleep. Without this, I couldn't sleep more than 6 hours a night, and usually 5. I tried stopping all the new supplements I'd introduced to try and tame my perimenopausal hormes, convinced it was one of those. Sleep problems persisted. I was also excessively stressed and anxious during the day and demonstrating lots of signs of high cortisol. Well, after a quick Google search, I discovered Maca Powder is an adaptagen and can help regulate cortisol! I resumed taking my 2 capsules a day, and my sleep was restored! I also feel more resilient to stress during the day. I LOVE this stuff!

I purchased this product earlier this year. Hair loss is much less and quite a lot of new growth. The new hair is now 2 inches long. Product does what it’s meant to do. I also use shampoo to assist with hair loss. Recommended.

I had read/heard somewhere, a while back (and made note to myself), to try the combination of Saw Palmetto along with dietary Hyaluronic Acid for hair and skin. I didn't immediately act on this advice, because you don't hear much about Saw Palmetto being used by women. I have been dealing with a couple of negative leftover effects from going through menopause a few years back. I am going on 60 this year. Several years ago when starting menopause I developed a fissure in one of my fingernails on my right hand. By the end, menopause had also done a number on my very thick hair. What was once thick turned to baby fine, but still a lot of it a few years back. Then toward the end 2017 and into 2018, I experienced a great deal of stress and my pre-diabetes went to Type II diabetes. That is when the shedding and hair loss out of the shower became worse and my hair started to thin at my temples. I have given Biotin a try several times over the years, in addition to my multi-vitamin, but never found any benefit to my nail or my hair. I came across my note, again, about the Saw Palmetto/Hyaluronic Acid suggestion and decided to do as much online research about the use of Saw Palmetto by women. The one reason I picked Natures Craft brand, 500 mg, was because it had positive reviews by women. So I ordered the Saw Palmetto and Jarrow Formulas, vegan (I am not a vegan), Hyaluronic Acid, 120 mg/serv. Since I already take Ashwagandha, I decided to go easy on the Saw Palmetto, to see how my body would react to it. I have been taking 1 capsule every other day. I have been taking 1 capsule Hy Acid every day. I take these with my evening meal. I have been taking them since Dec 2019. I am happy to report that the fissure in my nail is SO MUCH BETTER! Yay! I can actually grow it with a little length before it starts spitting! Before it would split with barely any growth/length and just a tad up into the nail plate-bed. I was constantly having to trim it to keep from splitting deeper. As far as my hair, it is hard to tell if the Saw Palmetto is helping or not. I also started using Renpure brand Biotin & Collagen Shampoo/Conditioner about the same time. I don't use the product every time I wash my hair and don't wash every day. There is definitely improvement in the hair loss. Not coming out in alarming ways after the shower as before. I do have short hairs coming from my hairline around my forehead but not positive it isn't due to breakage. I feel that perhaps it is new growth, but can't be positive. I don't want to mislead anyone. The hair is still fine and still frizzy as all get-out. (currently live in the Houston area). I am definitely going to continue to use the Saw Palmetto, as long as I can find a quality product in the 500 mg dosage and the price is reasonable. The Natures Craft brand Saw Palmetto meets my standards.

I have been using this product for six months and I have noticed a marked improvement in my overall hair density and fewer hormonal acne outbreaks. My fingernails have also been breaking much less often. I definitely recommend. They do not have an offensive smell. The pills are capsules and are a little big but are not uncomfortable to take. Overall good quality and very effective.
