Helps with focus and clarity, great for exam time
My daughter is studying for exams and just finished her second bottle of these. She says they help her concentrate better, and her head doesn’t feel heavy or tense like before. It gives her more mental clarity without any jittery feeling. The only thing she noticed is a slight fishy aftertaste, likely from the omega-3s. Other than that, she’s been happy with it and plans to keep taking it while studying.

I tried this pill before olly focus gummies and b complex and doesn’t work. I’m not focus on reading and I get bored. With this olly pill is kind like energy to pay attention to things. I wish vitamin b complex would help it doesn’t it. I have disability so yeah Updates taking them again - having feel tried or what to sleep. I’m not craving coffee no more
