I write this review as I sit here drinking the Berry Lemonade flavor. I purchased a box of the Fruit Punch flavor from my local grocery store Monday night and started intermittent fasting on Tuesday. The main selling point for me was that the box indicated that these would not break the fast. I expected the first few days to be rough and I did not expect plain water to satisfy me. I am now on my third day and I love this. My eating zone is 1pm to 8pm. The slimfast hydration packets are honestly a help. The flavors don't taste bad (I do like the berry lemonade better than the fruit punch) and I don't find myself getting hungry. In fact, I have able to hold out a little longer everyday (drinking two packets in the a.m.). I also have more energy, and I am feeling so good that I am getting some exercise in multiple times a day.Downside: I am running to pee alot :'D It's probably the electrolytes and all of the extra water intake but I've lost 3lbs since Tuesday, so I'll take it.

Tastes great! It actually tastes just like my favorite drink Karma with prebiotic cultures. I love it. I prefer my water bottles to taste slightly watered down so I usually use half a pack per bottle. I do this with any drink packet mix for water bottles. It’s not too strong when you use it all. My daughter let me taste hers. Not tart or overpowering. I like the fact that it has caffeine in it to give me a boost. Dissolves easy. Great for hydration. I’m happy with these. Will be buying more. They definitely help me to drink more water. Alone water is too bland so I just don’t drink it as much as I would with something like these.

I have bought it multiple times but expensive when you drink a lot of water all day. I like the taste but do not love it by itself in a single bottle of water. I split a pack into 3eds and add to my drink all day so it gives it a different flavor than my squeeze juice/water flavoring. I have to use certain ones since a lot of dye in them and this gives it a candy flavor when added. The downside is 2 different times I've ordered I got the wrong thing. One time the wrong flavor and the other time I got a webcam that I had no use for and the actual company does to do returns so I had to go to Amazon to get it solved.

I ordered the 1 box package and half of them are not good to use. They have clumps and are hard. Tried to put in water and it didn’t taste right. The ones that are good I like

I didn't know what to expect from these packets but: the flavor is good and fresh, and they keep me from going into starvation and snacking mode before lunch. For a supplement, this is a decent product. Haven't noticed any weight loss but I am pleasantly surprised that it does what no other breakfast or snack or anything has achieved in the past and I feel like I can go longer between meals.

I've started drinking these every morning during/after my workout and it has made a huge difference. I'm not hungry until around lunch time, and I've noticed a drop in my weight. I won't attribute that to just drinking the packets, because obviously exercise and diet matter, but I'm definitely counting it as a factor. The berry lemonade is my preferred choice. The slight tartness helps for some reason. I tried the fruit punch but it's just not my jam. I'm hoping they still make these next year. All the boxes I've been receiving say they expire at the end of 2024 so...fingers crossed they're just clearing out their current stock.

I had high hopes for these SlimFast Intermittent Hydration Packets, but they turned out to be a letdown. The flavor is underwhelming, and I didn’t notice any significant energy boost or hydration benefits. For the price, I expected much better results.Unfortunately, this product doesn’t deliver on its promises and isn’t worth the money. I won’t be purchasing it again.
