Stylish and high quality speakers for your desk.
I've owned these speakers for a few months now and use them almost daily. I connect my laptop through a Thunderbolt 3 dock and the included 3.5 mm cable, and occasionally I will connect my phone via Bluetooth. Connection over Bluetooth is quick and the touch controls make pairing new devices easy. After being inactive for some time they will power down into hibernation, but most of the time simply playing audio will wake them up. However occasionally this won't work and I will have to wake them up by waving my hand near the right speaker to activate the touch control lights. I don't count this as a con because waving your hand to turn on music just feels so cool. The design, build quality, and sound quality are all fantastic. The sound quality in particular is surprisingly good. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that these are the best sounding desktop speakers I've owned. While they do not come with a subwoofer, the resonance chambers on the back do a great job representing the low end, and the mids and highs are both equally well suited to games, videos, and music.

If you're looking to de-clutter your desk and are not an audiophile - look no further
I have consolidated 2 desks in my home office into one bringing together a MacBook Pro, work Win laptop, and a development / gaming desktop. I utilized the wonderful Samsung C34J791 ultra widescreen monitor along with the Logi Craft keyboard and MX Master 2S mouse to achieve as much de-clutter / cable minimization as possible. The result overall has been a success. In keeping with the theme, I wanted Bluetooth speakers that could connect to at least 2 of my systems. Coming from wired speakers with a decent sub-woofer, I was a bit concerned at just how much I would be giving up as a frequent gamer and music lover.I'm happy to say these Logitech MX 2.0 speakers did not let me down on any front. Of course you won't get the bass response that a dedicated sub will give you, but the built in port tubes that supply the bass actually do a very good job. Even better, they are paired to my desktop and MBP - I can switch video inputs to the 2 different systems and and since it's paired to both, I instantly have sound with very little lag during the changeover. One can even hook a 3rd system up with an RCA cable - almost did this for my work laptop but keeping in the spirit of the cable reduction I decided against it. Glad I made that decision as I don't need sound on that machine much beyond system prompts and they are transmitted via the built-in monitor speaks.Music sounds very good - metal, classic rock, and the like. I put a little time in on Pathfinder:Kingmaker and gaming is as immersive as I need it to be.Again, this isn't an audiophile or hard core gamer's speakers. But for productivity, music, and moderate gaming along with the added bonus of Bluetooth and de-cluttering your desk - the MX Sound 2.0 speakers fit what I believe to be a large market segment's needs/wants.

Nice quality and easy to set up. Bass is muddy.
I bought these speakers to use with my PC (music+gaming) and to stream music and podcasts from my phone. Overall I'm very pleased with the design, build quality, touch controls, and the ease of pairing and switching devices. They are very functional and work great. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the audio quality. These speakers seem to have a lot of bass-boost that makes lower registers sound muddy to me. I listen mostly to podcasts, rock, and classical music, and the muddy bass is especially noticeable when listening to male newscasters / hosts. The mids and especially highs sound good though. Unfortunately there's no way to adjust the bass boost, but it can be helped somewhat by using an EQ app to tone down the bass and boost everything else. For the discounted price I paid ($75), I'd say they're well worth the money for an attractive and easy-to-use set of bluetooth capable speakers. I'm sure you can pay a lot more and get better sound, but these work well enough for me, and still sound way better than the cheap-o PC speakers they replaced.

Good speakers with a lot of inputs at a great price
I picked these up at a solid discount and they were a dramatic improvement over a pair of $20 speakers I've had for over 5 years. That sounds like a no brainier for $100 speakers (or $60 when I bought them), but past the improved sound quality, the number of available inputs is impressive. Along with Bluetooth, there are two additional 3.5mm inputs which was great for me. I have my PC plugged into the main input and I have one of my monitors that's connected to my PS4 plugged into the AUX input. It's a solid solution and provides much improved sound quality over most built-in monitor speakers. The touch enabled controls are good, but can miss presses if you push the +/- too quickly. Also, some users may feel the sound is a bit too bass heavy, but if you play a lot of action games/movies, it provides a solid thump with no subwoofer.

These speakers were so awesome someone stole mine!
You read that right. I took these speakers to a friend's house for a late summer BBQ and as the party was shutting down my speakers left with their new owners. May a pox fall upon their home. I hope the new people are treating my speakers well because these were fantastic. Pairing with bluetooth was a breeze - just wave your hand in front of the speaker until the lights for volume and bluetooth illuminated then hold the bluetooth button down for about three seconds. The BT light would flash and be ready to pair with the next system. These speakers have amazing sound, a much "bigger sound" than you would think speakers of this size would produce. Personally I like the fact the the speakers were wired together so the could be seperated by about six feet or so but being wired there was no lag, just wonder, wonderful deep, rich sound. I highly recommend a pair but keep a close eye on yours and take a lesser pair of speakers to the next house party. Pictured: speakers in happier times.

Altavoces decentes

Great Sounding Speakers for a Desktop Setup
I ordered these speakers to round out my gaming setup and they definitely did not disappoint. They look (mostly) clean in my setup once all the wires were bundled up and cable manages out of the way. They are a bit larger than I expected (so it will take up some real estate) as they are round and have a larger footprint when compared to other 2.0 systems. Its not a big deal for me but for those of you with smaller desks and a monitor, you may have trouble fitting these either under or beside it (my monitor is mounted on a fully adjustable mount). Make sure to double check the dimensions.Sound wise, these sound excellent and way beyond what I expected for the price. The mids and highs are clear and crisp with no perceptible distortion. The bass is definitely noticeable (even though it does not have a dedicated sub-woofer) and for the most part is clear and punchy but can sound awful with certain types of music/songs. To me, this is most noticeable in songs with vocals and heavy bass/percussion sounds. The bass simply overwhelms the mids and highs making the result sound "muddy" or "washed out". This is not a criticism of the MX Sound, I have simply been spoiled by the well balanced Sennheiser GAME Zeros that I have been using.Videos and movies sound excellent. In movies, the base is pronounced and punchy. Dialogue is clear and consistent and isn't affected by the bass unlike the vocals in certain settings. So summarize, the MX sound sounds great with pretty much everything however that is subjective. That being said, you mileage may vary depending on your setup. When plugged it into my desktops 3.5mm output, the MX sound sounded like absolute trash with base that was all over the place and inconsistent. It also has noticeable electrical noise (buzzing) when idle. Once again this is not a criticism of the MX sound, just my motherboard manufacturers choice of sound chipsets. If your desktop has a low-end/cheap audio solution, I would highly recommend investing in either an external USB DAC or a dedicated PCI-Express sound card for the best experience. They make a huge difference if your integrated audio is trash and usually also reduces/eliminates electrical noise (especially if it is an external solution).I got the best experience with these speakers plugged into my Sennheiser GSX1200 Pro (which also allows easy hardware audio switching between my headset and the MX Sound)Bluetooth audio is also excellent. Even in a congested wireless environment (at least 20 routers blasting wifi in my apartment), I experienced no audio quality issues or disconnections. Audio switching between Bluetooth and analog sources is seamless and quick.Overall, these speakers are an excellent buy. They sound great, are relatively inexpensive, and its looks should fit right into any setup.

Stylish and good quality speakers for your desk.
Love the richness and depth of the sound! These speakers are very well-balanced, allowing high, low and bass to play together fairly. The Bluetooth connection was simple and quick. They paired easily with my Samsung S9+.They also stay connected with no dropouts or other issues, which is very impressive to me as this always seems to be a problem with other Bluetooth speakers I've tried.

Audio regular a bueno
