I received the PLC today, with no documentation, no website links. I need the program application and anything else that would pertain to programming?

Programming you would use. GX Works2 - Programmable Controllers MELSEC. You can find a free download online. You would use a USB to 9-pin serial cable and USB driver. (moxa-uport-1100-series-win-7-to-10-and-win-server-2008-r2-to-2019-whql-certified-driver-v3.2) I have a wiring layout of the board, but can not attach it.

This is a 24v PLC not a 12v PLC!!!

Hooking up 12v will not harm this PLC but it will have no function. Just power led and error led, you can also upload programs to it but the program will not run. GX developer is a nice software to use with this, lots of tutorials, also you can find it free online. Don't let this review be deceiving if your brand new to PLC's there is nothing about this that is one click and done. Especially when it comes to downloading the software and connecting your PLC to your PC. You also need a specific driver for your USB port that info can be found online. But other than that if you know your way around a PC especially you windows XP generation people your goldin remember 24vdc supply not 12 lol output voltage is also 24v btw happy programming : )
