A Total Lifesaver for Homemade Pasta!
When my son said he wanted us to make homemade pasta from scratch, I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into. I was a bit overwhelmed, but purchasing this pasta drying rack made such a huge difference. It works perfectly for drying the pasta without any sticking or hassle. It's sturdy, looks great, and really simplified the whole experience for us. -- I ended up placing a lid underneath to catch any "broken pasta" The best part, though, is how easy it is to clean up. Once we finished, we completely disassembled it, which makes putting it away a breeze, and it takes up very little space in the cabinet.

Love it. It made drying noodles much quicker and easier. The center dowel works well for transferring your cut noodles to hang on the rack. This helps to keep your noodles from sticking together. It disassembles for storing, taking up minimal space. I froze the extra noodles, so I have them ready for next time. I can’t wait to use it again!
