I got a call from Airtel right after ordering this on Amazon and the setup box was installed the next day. Perfect quality set top box and high quality streaming of HD channels along with recording option. All this at great discounted price.

Nearly 20 times I call the technician
I purchased it in February 2024 Install in time every thing was good For 2 months I did not recharge as we would not use.then after that I recharged but no signal was coming so I contacted the team tecnician name Sanjay for goa region .he promised me that he will come but only excuses. One day someone from the company called and told me that my account is suspended and that the set top box to be returned to the company and company in return will give me the new one so we gave, they pickup the set top box and never returned.so many times I told the technician to buy the new one for me and I will pay for it.till date am not having the connection Please don't buy online, after sales nobody cares
