Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops Preservative Free are the best drops that I have tried. I have a long history of drug allergies and sensitivity reactions to products but Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops Preservative Free have given me no problems whatsoever. After having cataract surgery, glaucoma and dry eyes, I've tried different drops but this has worked wonders for me. These drops last longer and give instant relief with no residue buildup around my eyes like some others. The vials are easy to carry in the purse and keeps from getting a whole bottle contaminated. I don't have to use as many in a day, therefore it saves me money. I would recommend that you give this a try if you have sensitive dry eyes and your doctor approves it for your condition.

Non irritating. Skin around eyes feels softer after use. Takes texted out every time. Eases the sore itch that comes w/blepharitis. Or just for dry, irritated eyes. The Eye Doc on You Tube had recommended and so glad I found it.

I had a VERY stubborn stye on my lower eyelid. I was using warm compresses, lid wipes and SteriLid (hypochlorus acid spray), but the biggest change happened when I started using these drops. My stye was gone after about 24 hours! Zero irritation. They feel like a nice cool, refreshing bath on my eye balls! The hydration and lubrication lasts for hours for me. I can feel a difference from the flaxseed oil that’s added. No stinging or burning! No post-application drip or watery eyes, either. I love the single use/individual vials. I’m able to put the plastic cap back on and save the remainder; I can get about 2-4 uses out of one vial (1 drop per eye). TIP: Store the box in the fridge!
