I would very much recommend Eatbetter! It’s healthy, nutritious, rich in protein. It has almonds, coconut, dates with a sweet mix and crunchy as the name suggest. U can eat it with a salad. The best combination is cereal, oats is my personal favourite! The texture and crunchiness just adds to the flavour and a perfect diet combo. They are a perfect balance for everyday routine and as mentioned I was finding something with no added sugar and much preservatives and I have got the one! This nut mix made roasted coconut, roasted almond and roasted dry dates....sugar content is very low ...and test is very fresh ..... quality and quantity is a very fabulous
