Good for Boxing/Combat sports training
Great tool to improve your boxing training and/or workouts. As an amateur athlete, there's nothing more important than having good muscular endurance and cardio (in my opinion) and these things help with that. The only issue I can say I have with these is that I wish they'd come with cleaning/maintenance instructions, as well as a way to replace the velcro once it gets worn out in a way that doesn't damage the entire product. Otherwise, it's a neat piece of workout equipment.

Well made wrist weights that stay in place comfortably.
Comfortable fit. Well constructed. Velcro grip is very strong. Thumb loop is a comfortable fit. Comfortable for my daily 30-45 minute workout. Wrist weights don't get in the way when using dumbbells. Adds an extra element to my workouts.

Lots of velcro threads, nice weights
Useful for when I'm getting my 10,000 steps. I don't really feel much stronger since I've done it but it burns a bit more calories. They get kind of smelly though. Also, the velcro threads are all over the place.

Very convenient for travel
Very convenient and easy for travel. I use them as both ankle and wrist weights to save space in my suitcase. Velcro band is wide, very comfortable and durable.

Good weights
These hand weights are well made and stay in place. After using them I did find that I was not partial to the thumb hold. I prefer weights that just circle my wrist.

Pros: -it seems convenient enough to wear during the day or walks -wearing it one hand was easy - the finger hole detail to keep it steady is nice Cons: - there is a chemical smell, but it’s not that bothersome - because Velcro opening meets on top of your hand. The weight is not distributed equally around your wrist.
