This is delicious. I make better chicken than the Thai place now. I've been using Hughes stuff to keep sugar out of my diet but now I need to go lower sodium too so I might not be able to use these anymore.

Three bottles came perfectly intact. G. Hughes original recipe sugar-free Thai chili wing sauce level 2 heat is one of my favorites to put on almost any savory dish. I guess my favorite feature is the “sugar-free“ aspect. I can usually get this at Walmart, but they don’t always have it.

This is a modestly sweet and perky sauce without the typical overdose of glucose. I ordered a supply with the idea of juicing up oriental noodles, but I really like how it adds flavor and punch to meat and egg entrees. It does contain sodium, but only a modest 115 mg per serving. We aging diabetics need to be constantly concerned about the content of what we eat, so it's a bonus to be able to drizzle on the sauce with less guilt. It does include a trivial amount of sugar and salt, but the ingredients are mostly natural spices and recognizable condiments, not unpronounceable chemicals. I would prefer a glass container rather than plastic, to avoid the absorption of plasticizers into the sauce.

Love, love, love this. I can't ever find it in stores anymore but glad I found it here. It's great for anyone on the keto bandwagon, I use it on my chicken low carb wraps all the time, mix witha little mayo and it cuts the heat. It tastes sweet and hot just what you expect it to taste like. Price is good considering you get 3 of them. I will buy more after I finish off this last bottle.

Great tasting but not hot enough. i mixed in a bunch of the dustin poirier creole maple hot sauce and it was fantastic. Just my personal recommendation. Maybe add red pepper flakes for extra heat. it's amazing when modified. I use it for a low calorie sauce for burgers or chicken. it goes great on both.
