I do not know. I suggest you check your generator's owner's manual for the recommended oil.

Why is it showing two different kinds of bottles? If the title says Mobil 1 ESP x3 0W-40, it should be THAT ONE and not the yellow bottle!

Its a new bottle, same oil. They are trying to make things less confusing and failing

It looks like 2 dexos 0w(zero w)-40 to me. I ordered it for use in a new corvette stingray engine.

Cannot find in auto supply stores, factory spec for my McLaren

Auto supply stores look at you funny when you ask for Mobile 1, ESP X3 and they offer you whatever is on the shelf. I wasted time driving from store to store to no avail. An absolute requirement to use Mobile 1, ESP X3 0W-40 for my McLaren. Not cheap.
