This came a little late but since I was using it for my workouts, it didn’t matter. This is great quality, very sturdy and great for workouts. I use them on my hardwood floors and they slide perfectly. They are so clean and easy to use. They are the perfect size for my knees, though it does hurt a little due to the rubber. I had to use knee pads and it was much better. Definitely recommend this.

Completely satisfied. Good price. Had a personal touch, and came with a mustache sticker which made me chuckle and smile. On top of that, floor sliders are underrated. They meet you wherever you are in your health and fitness journey, and are simple requiring a minimum of floor space, so whatever you got. Works great on carpet.

These are just like furniture sliders, but cheaper in price and may be better suited for people with the wider surface area. I like the build quality and colors. These are great for both strength training and stretching. I find in straddles and splits I can get a lot more progress using these than in just socks. Definitely a valuable addition to a home gym. I really like how these help train using your muscles near the ends of your ranges of motion. These create challenge that’s difficult to get otherwise. The inclusion of an instruction sheet was helpful for orienting with how these might be useful. Always be careful and cautious when introducing instability into your exercise rotations.

I bought these because I saw how it can make some exercises easier however I dont know if I just dont know how to use them because I struggle with them, they dont glide, the constantly slip from under me. They are however, very good quality and if you know how to use them then go for it. I am updating this review because I wanted to acknolwedge what great customer service the company for this product has. They contacted me to help me with the use of the discs and answer any of my concerns. It showed they do care and know the quality of their product. So much so that they are here to assist me.

Works well for me on the carpet. No issues so far.

Great for physical therapy exercises at home. It’s inexpensive and slides nicely when working to strengthen leg and core muscles. It slides nicely across a wood or low carpet.

the only things that slides well are my hands right off the felt. these aren't very expensive for a reason. they are thin and doesn't have enough of an edge in my opinion. it would help if there was cusion for your hand to sink down into or have an abrasive material. they have a small diameter meaning my fingers stretch past the disks. so in my opinion, it needs more material to make the diameter bigger. it needs a higher bevel and a squishy top or more abrasive material.
