The capsules are sized right and easy to swallow. I like that the ingredients are natural and no chemicals are used. Ginger root has been used for years in eastern medicines for treating a variety of illnesses. It’s a great immunity booster as well. I have not seen any side effects so far! Great product been taking for over a week now certainly gives you energy. Did a workout yesterday and can honestly say am lifting more than last week. Only downside it does make your stomach feel bit yucky ( Hopefully it pass ) Will be buying another tub ..
