I don’t usually take the time to write reviews for a $20 purchase—but this one absolutely deserves it. These resistance bands exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality is solid, the range of weights is perfect, and the setup is incredibly versatile. I liked them so much that I went back and bought an extra set of handles so my husband and I can both use them together. The door anchor system turns a simple set of bands into a full home gym. We’ve got ours set up on our bedroom double doors, and it works beautifully. They even included a large, easy-to-follow workout poster, which we taped to the back of another door—no guesswork, just get started. What really stood out to me, though, were the thoughtful extras: a “STOP – do not open” door tag (like at a hotel), and a handwritten-style thank you card from the owner. You can tell this isn’t some big faceless company—there’s real care behind the product. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is one of those rare purchases where you feel like you got way more than you paid for. Highly recommend.

The equipment is easy to use and the quality is good too. I was looking at different brands but this one had the best reviews. I like the variety of bands it came with and the poster for the different exercises one can do. This is perfect for those of us who don’t have the time to go to the gym, but are able to spare 15-20min a day to work out at home.

Decent set for the price and good for at-home workouts, especially if you’re just trying to stay consistent without bulky equipment. The handles are comfortable and the setup is easy to use. My only note is that the resistance doesn’t quite match what’s advertised. The heavier bands don’t feel as challenging as the weight suggests. Still usable, just not as intense as expected if you’re used to heavier gym resistance. Good for light to moderate workouts, toning, and travel workouts, but not a full replacement for heavier strength training.

This set of bands are pretty resilient. I have intentionally stretched them beyond what I thought their capable limit and I was surprised how they have not suffered any laxity from it. The elastic is resilient, doesn’t have that funky smell, and the length of them is mostly appropriate for a 5’3” individual. You can modify the length by adjusting the slide of the band and tying a knot, but I have not tried this.The handles are comfortable to hold, the Velcro straps are pretty comfortable even though one of them has some pointed material that digs into my ankle so I have to position the cuff just right. they clip onto the bands with ease. The price and variety of weights and ability to clip multiple bands onto the handles or cuffs is great. I would recommend.

I love the different band weights. The bag to hold the extras are great. I wish the door hanger was more like a hook so the band would not fall when the door opens. The bands are a little long for some exercises but overall I love the set. Thank you for the large poster of different types of exercises - that was a plus for me.

Love the color, the door stop is perfect and helpful for doing a good lat workout. You get everything you will need to get a good resistance band workout or therapy session in. The cost was right on and a great deal. No issues with the resistance - weight and grips seem accurate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LOVE these resistance bands! I use them for my knee PT and they’ve been a total game changer. Since I’m on a restrictive diet, heavy lifting isn’t ideal right now … but these bands let me keep building strength and toning my upper body without strain. The durability is fantastic … they hold up strong through every workout … and the flexibility is perfect with each band. You can even fold them in half for extra resistance when you’re ready to level up! They’re easy to use, simple to set up, and the travel bag makes them super convenient. I can move from one room to another or take them on the go … no excuses! I’m still stretching, building muscle, and toning up… and I absolutely love these bands! If you’re looking for a low-impact, portable way to stay strong and fit, these are it. 🙌

Bought the 200 set along with some push up bars for a longer summer holiday with no access to a gym. Really impressed especially for the price. Bit of experimenting with angles, where to anchor them etc (if possible I’d recommend planning your workout in advance so you can keep moving during it) but a great way to keep yourself going when there’s no weights available. Have had band sets in the past but the handles on these are really sturdy and the bands are solid. We had some robust metal fencing in the villa which I was able to secure one end of the bands to at different heights and replicate pretty much everything I do in the gym. Very happy I bought them, low weight also meant they went in my hand luggage with the push up bars no problem - little mobile gym in a rucksack

Habe die Bänder in schwarz (200lbs, also 90kg) bestellt, um auch mal am Wochenende wenn ich mal bei meiner Freundin bin bisschen was machen zu können und muss sagen, ich bin begeistert! Natürlich ersetzen die Bänder kein Gym und ein Training mit schweren Gewichten, gerade Grundübungen wie Kniebeuge, Bankdrücken und Kreuzheben können die sicher nicht ersetzen. ABER, ich muss direkt auch dazu sagen, dass selbst ich als Powerlifter, der 175kg auf der Bank drückt, nicht alle Bänder schaffe, wenn ich sie zum Trizepsdrücken in der Tür einhänge. Ich habe keine Chance. Klar, es ist nur Trizepsdrücken, aber dennoch, bei meinen Kraftwerten habe ich eigentlich erwartet, dass ich die mit Leichtigkeit alle nehmen kann zum Trizepsdrücken. Falsch gedacht! Des weiteren empfinde ich den Kraftverlauf der Bänder als sehr angenehm. Gute Bänder haben einen sehr gleichmäßigen Kraftverlauf über einen langen Dehnungsspektrum, das ist bei diesen definitiv der Fall. In dem Preissegment sind normalerweise solche "Bändersets" (Sind ja insgesamt 5 Bänder) eher schlecht vom Kraftverlauf her, sprich sie haben nur eine kurze Strecke, in der der Widerstand kontinuierlich langsam steigt, bevor das Band abrupt sehr hart wird, was meist auch ein Indiz dafür ist, dass es reißt wenn man es weiter dehnt. Daher bin ich von diesen Bändern sehr positiv überrascht! Einen unangenehmen Latexgeruch konnte ich nicht feststellen, also mir kam beim Aufmachen der Packung kein Geruch entgegen. Klar, wenn man ganz nah an die Bänder ran geht und an denen schnuppert, riechen die eben nach Gummi, wie Luftballons eben auch. Aber das ist ja zu erwarten, und man kauft die Bänder ja nicht um dran zu schnuppern. Kurz gesagt: Ich kann nicht bestätigen, dass die Bänder einen unangenehmen Geruch verbreiten würden. Ich bin rundum zufrieden, würde aber jedem empfehlen die "schwerere" Variante zu wählen, da man einfach wesentlich mehr maximalen Widerstand für sein Geld bekommt, für einen kaum höheren Preis. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag den ich hätte wäre entweder auch die schwere 200lbs Ausführung bunt zu machen, oder die Bänder an beiden Enden mit dem jeweiligen Widerstand zu beschriften. Wenn man mehrere Bänder dran hat ist es sonst schwierig auf beiden seiten zu erkennen, welches Band welches ist. Ich habe die Bänder selber jeweils an beiden Enden mit kleinen Gummiringen markiert, das schafft Abhilfe.

Das sorgt für ein sicheres und komfortables Trainingserlebnis. Fazit: Diese Widerstandsbänder sind eine klare Empfehlung für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Sie überzeugen durch hohe Qualität, vielseitige Einsatzmöglichkeiten und durchdachte Details wie die Griffe und den Türanker. Perfekt für das Training zu Hause oder unterwegs!

Ich trainiere mittlerweile seit Monaten mit den Bändern. Sie halten wirklich viel aus und sind meiner Meinung nach super verarbeitet. Die Staffelung des Zuggewichtes der Bänder finde ich auch absolut in Ordnung. Die Halterung für das Türblatt habe ich bisher nur drei Mal verwendet hat aber auch super geklappt. Mit der mitgelieferten Tasche kann man die Bänder auch super mit in Urlaub oder so mitnehmen. Klare Kaufempfehlung
