What is the non stick coating made out of?

dear costumer It is made of granite material and therefore non-stick, dishwasher safe. The handle part is made of bakelite.

This set of pots and pans has a black substance seeping through the bottom, everytime I wash them, my towel ends up black. Why and what is that?
