Heading into my second winter and they have not disappointed.
Been on all year and holds my luggage like a champ. Never came loose... has been through a light accident and not bent at all. I recommend. I will say the cable for the quick release is steel... not stainless... so if you ride all year like I do it will probably rust. I recommend treating it with some type of preservative if that bothers you. Only part I have noticed to rust. Everything else has handled summer and winter just fine... now heading into my second winter with no issues.

Solid and Functional
These racks are solid and work well. I used Tusk soft pannier bags on the racks and rode7,400 miles with them, no issues (Hint: get quick mounting plates for your bags). If I had to outfit another bike, I would buy these racks again.

These are fantastic. I paired them with tusk soft bags. Hardware includes quick disconnect for rigid bags. They have withstood 2 crashes in the forest

Fit 2025 KLR 650
These fit on my 2025 KLR 650 without any modification whatsoever. They came with the mounts for the Tusk hard panniers as well.

Fast shipping, very easy installation. One thing that I noted, I have bought a lot of products from Tusk. This is the first Tusk product I’ve ever received that didn’t come with a sticker and came with black and white instructions instead of color. Just weird, not a dealbreaker. Product was scratched in some areas, not a dealbreaker for me. Another thing, if you have a 2023 KLR they suggest you relocate the brake reservoir because the hardware included is too long, in my opinion that’s really dumb, I just went to the hardware store and got shorter bolts. I would buy this product again.
