A must for women of a certain age...
Very pleased with this cream, it is very moisturising. It doesn't sink in very quickly but when it does it seals in the moisture and makes my skin very soft. I have noticed that my backache has improved in the week I have been using it. A must for women of a certain age. Great quality.

Buy it girls you won’t regret it!
If you’re perimenopausal this has been life changing for me. I put a little bit on my inner elbows in the morning. I got this in November last year and it is now end of march 2026 I still have over half a pot left. You don’t need much. I have more energy, my moods feel more stable, if you put it on your breasts or face it leaves them feeling firmer & more plump. Use sparingly. I have recommended this cream to so many friends and they are all really happy with the results. It’s a definite must have for +40’s ladies.

Instant relief cream
This cream is very good It's helped so much with menopause flushes which was extremely bad during the summertime , cooled me down quickly .. this is my 2nd purchase of this product 10/10

Worsen symptoms
I bought this after reading the positive reviews and was very excited to try and convinced it will work for me as well. I am all in for trying natural ways to improve health and conditions, however this hasn’t improved any of my perimenopause symptoms, but by contrary. I have noticed that every time i used it i will wake up at night with extreme hot flushes, which i didn’t had before. I didn’t believe at first, so i tested it, i stopped using for a day, and i will sleep okay. When i went back to use it, i will be awake at night feeling very hot. The other thing is, like other people have pointed out, the product doesn’t come with any seal on it.
