Okay, disclosure: I just received my first order of two bottles yesterday. So, I have no results to report from personal experience yet. What I have done is read the boring, but informative studies that NATROL has links on its site for you to click and read the study results in PDF format. I only got to take these for two weeks, and then my surgeon insisted I stop taking them because I had to undergo back surgery. That is past. Just got my bottle today and will start tomorrow. I did some AI research on the ingredients, and it sounds promising. The only thing is the double-blind tests were done with doses of 400 and 600 MG. this product's active ingredient has only 100 MG per dose. I may be that the formulation can make a difference. Anyway, I'll come back in a month to let you know how I did. But, the clinical testing looks promising.

Hoping to supplement my ever aging and fleeting memory, after much research I decided to give these a try. I took them for 3 weeks exactly! During the course of those three weeks, looking back, starting on about day two I began experiencing extremely painful headaches, thudding in my ears and like a pressure inside my head as if my head were inside of a barrel.... Never having had issues with blood pressure I started to get scared!
