These 400 mg capsules are only 1/2 the size of a previous brand that I used that were 200 mg and I had to swallow 2 of the previous brand each day. This brand is much easier to swallow and I only need 1 per day.

Very easy to swallow and actually work. I have been taking magnesium consistently for a couple of years now. It really improved my sleep. I can notice a difference in my sleep when I forgot to take these for a day or 2. I have had no upset stomach from taking these, the size is good and very easy to swallow. I have and will continue to repurchase.

Todo bien con el producto, llevo una semana tomándolo, no me quedo dormida tan rápido, pero una vez que me duermo, mi sueño es profundo. Solo tengo una duda, en los ingredientes dice que solo tiene 60mg de glicinato, no cual debería estar tomando de 3 a 4 cápsulas, entonces creo que lo estoy tomando mal. Product is good and this is my repurchase. But one thing supplier need to keep in mind that relabeling, local labels should not put on product info, dosage etc information not able to see

Its a good brand the active ingredient coukd be little more than 140 but its still good
