The delivery company sucked, but as far as the sofa itself, it's awesome. Very comfortable. I didn't think I would care about the power headrest but when you are fully reclined while watching tv is super nice to adjust it all the way up. Assembly was a piece of cake. At first, one recliner wasn't working when it was plugged into the outlet, but a little searching we found a box underneath the couch that just became unplugged. So far I love it. The biggest problem I had was delivery, but I couldn't give the couch itself a lower rating based on that. I don't know if it's always the same delivery company or not but mine was delivered by ABF. From the day I ordered the couch I had a specific Thursday picked for delivery. The Friday before, I got a call from the delivery company saying they were going to deliver it on Monday, but I had to work and I already took Thursday off. When I corrected them, they said they would call on Wednesday and deliver on Thursday. Well, they never called until Thursday saying they would deliver it on Friday. Again I told them Thursday was my day off so if they weren't going to deliver it on Thursday it would have to be after 3:30 pm when I get home from work. They claimed that would be fine and they would leave a note to deliver after 3:30 on Friday. They showed up at 10:30 am. Luckily my dad is retired so I had him run over and sign for it. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with them anymore

This was the best 2k I have spent in a long time. I work from home and work from this. I plug in my phone to charge and laptop into the socket to charge. The lights really light up the area. We spent time looking for seat covers and found this (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B1ZX5X4T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The sides cover the arms but you can easily remove it or fold it down. It's really no biggie. I'm very happy with the quality of this seat. I use it everyday for over 1 year and so far so good. The wireless charging area is only for smaller phones so i can't use it. But i bought a USB charging station and plug that into couch instead. That's my only complaint which i found a workaround for.

I literally spent Months reading reviews, sitting in, checking specs etc, on dozens of pieces of movie room furnature. This was what I finally decided on. I was not dissapointed! Firstly I am 6ft3" so needed a recliner thst accomodated my height (it does). The movie room floor is also tile, So I wanted something SOLID that would not move easily (it grips well and is VERY solid and sturdy). It is incredibly comfortable, and has great features. The LED lighting cup holders are great in the pitch black movie room, as are the over head lights on the middle consol. The phone charging pad, electric outlet and USB ports are great also. The 2 main arms offer ample storage and the two (included) arm trays help out when the center consol can not be used due to a third person sitting in the middle. The electric driven reclining and the adjustable head rest allow for the perfect positioning for maximum comfort, and viewing. This item was out of stock for a long while, but I waited.. I am SO glad I did. Every other piece of furnature I tested or reviewed had me giving up something. This had it all!

Where do I even start? This sofa has become the top discussion whenever I give someone a tour of my game room/man cave/bat cave (call it whatever you want). I usually have them take a seat and then start pushing buttons all while they trip out on how many cool features this sofa has. On that note, let's discuss these features. 1. Feet recliner that goes up on the right and left side. Wish the bottom of my sofa lit up like the other models though. 2. The head rest also pushes out so when you're reclined it'll lift your head for you to get the right view of the TV. 3. The middle chair comes down giving you an extra table and cup holders. 3.1 - If you lift up the middle headrest you'll find 2 lights with on/off switches that swivel left and right to adjust to the angle you need if you plan on reading on the sofa. 3.2 - 2 USB ports for charging whatever you desire 3.3 - An outlet so that you can plug something directly into a power source 3.4 - A wireless charging dock - now this was unexpected.. when I purchased my chair back in Nov. 2018, the images showed 2 outlets. So when this arrived with 1 outlet and a wireless charging dock I lost my shit.. that's an upgrade in my opinion and when people see it and try it out they also lose it. :D 3.5 - Right below the headrest lights you'll find a pocket that I didn't even notice right away so that you can put away some reading material or whatever you fancy. 4. The side arms on the left and right lift up providing additional storage and also holds the food tray.. which leads to 5. Food trays.. two of them which are placed inside the hole in front of the armrest cup holders. 6. Lit up cup holders I'm thoroughly enjoying my sofa and the price point was better than what I've seen out there so it's well worth the purchase. I love the look and feel of the leather AND the light stitching on the leather really reminds me of car interior. Love it! Cons? 1. If the food tray is being used, it gets in the way of the cup holder.. forcing you to use the middle seat cup holders. But if someone is seated in the middle then you just gotta use the tray. Not a big deal but it would be nice to continue using your cup holder as it provides more security for your drink. A slight design modification can fix this although it's NOT a deal breaker. 2. Wish the middle seat also had the option to recline. Almost everyone I've shown the sofa to has asked about that and it would eliminate the fight over the edge seats.. Poor middle seater has to sit with 1 foot on each sides recliner. LOL 3. The product images showed a USB charging port near the main controls on each side but mine don't have that.. so much like the wireless charging dock, I think I received a newer model than what the images show? In the end, I would highly recommend this sofa.. it's well made, easy to set up (might take 2 people, though I was able to do it myself), delivery was quick, and you can totally hide the wires under the back flap of the sofa.

So, the long, rectangular palette arrived in great condition sooner than expected. Unpacking was straightforward, although I had a ton of cardboard to dispose of afterwards (I'd rather have that than have a damaged product, though!!) The unit is in four pieces: Each chair back is separate and the bottom, which is long, awkward and quite heavy. You'll need two people to move the bottom part into position. Assembly took minutes... set the chair backs in place and lock them in. Route the power cables and plug them in. Velcro the bottom-back in place and done! Everything worked as expected. The storage is a great idea -- very useful. It might be nice if there were like a holster of sorts for remote controls, though (not a huge issue). The power headrest is also a very nice touch. 2 USB power charging ports. 2 power outlets -- wonderful...! I'd have given this five stars, but there are a few things i'd have improved in the design of the unit. The small tables either need to be extended in front of you or removed and stored to be able to use the side drink holders. The drink holders would be more ergonomically positioned if they were roughly where the tables attach to the chair. As is, you need to rest your arm to one side or the other of the drink... The arm rests should be longer to accommodate this. The unit has FOUR power plugs -- one of them an AC adapter -- when really, they should have used ONE power cord (and connected each piece via daisy-chain). The cords provided are not very long and even though my couch sits next to the wall, you either need a multi-plug adapter for the wall or you need a power strip. The strip allows the best cord concealment (otherwise you have four cords flowing out of the back that can't be fully hidden). Two other minor inconveniences - the lights on the middle headrest are great, but they are actually a bit too bright. Maybe I'm too picky, but I couldn't watch a movie with that bright light in the corner of my eye. You can direct them side-to-side, but not up/down (which would have been preferable for me, at least). AND, it would be nice if the tables had arms that allowed you to fold them and keep them "installed" but along the outside of the armrest. (Rather than having to pull it out of storage and installing it when you want it or pull it out and store it.) So -- there's my review. You might think I'm unhappy with the couch -- very much the opposite. I love it! I just happen to be nitpicky. (Companies need nit-picky people like me to improve designs!!) I love the features. I love the fold down table (and the fact that you can put a small person or child in the middle seat if you fold it up). It is very comfortable and feels like a very solid build. It will take some getting used to the control cluster, but that'll just take time.

This couch is amazing. It's very nice in quality, comfort, and style. Fits great in the man cave. Shipping was fast with them delivering it right to my garage. Assembly was easy, I was able to do it myself. It is a little heavy, so if you have a distance to go, 2 people will be needed. Just like any other couch or sofa. The backrests are separate, so that makes it a little easier. Then they just snap in and you plug in the 4 plugs to get up and running. All the features with the USB, lights, table, power controls are simply perfect. I added the Dayton bass shakers to the back of the couch and it is amazing. If anyone is reading this review and wants to know what that process was, just comment to this review. Five stars all the way with this couch!!

The couch itself is ok. I think it's overpriced for what it actually is. The service is horrible. It tells you for white glove service to contact them. There is no link or button to click to contact anyone to order white glove service when placing your order. I scheduled the delivery 2 weeks out so I could also schedule a day off from work to be home from 12 to 3. I also paid 2 people to be there from 12 to 3 to bring it inside. They delivery company never showed up! I spent over half an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone at the delivery company. Finally hung up an called amazon. They were able to get in touch immediately with the driver cause amazon has a special connection with them and informed me that they are running late. I told amazon that the people I had to bring it inside had to leave. Amazon told me they updated the driver that they need to bring it inside. It finally showed up at 4:35, I missed a whole day from work for nothing. The driver dropped a giant box on the lawn and left. It took me an hour and a half to take it apart as much as I could to try and get it inside and it started raining about 15 minutes into it. The 2 ends that power recline do not come apart that easy because of the wiring so I struggled getting the base inside up 2 flights of stairs by myself and this thing is HEAVY and very awkward!!! I called amazon back because this is sold and shipped by Amazon and they DID NOT CARE ONE BIT!!! Basically, told me "Too bad" and wouldn't offer any type of compensation. It was an absolute HORRIBLE experience. I've been a prime member for years and spent a lot of money with amazon. This is a big spit in the face!! Now I'm dealing with the issue of returning it because the couch is not worth the money, time, and aggravation...

I was really hesitant about buying furniture online two main reasons 1 was I couldn't see it or try it out first. And 2 was delivery and set up. I am very glad I did. I do not have a media room so this is my living room seating and it is used all the time. It is comfortable! My only issue is I am short so the adjustable headrest doesn't help me! I love the deep storage bins on the sides. These are easy to wipe clean! Some times I put the middle up so I can l lay down and it is comfortable to take a nap on lol! Just a note on the delivery. I had it originally scheduled for delivery on a Wednesday and found out the morning of that I would need to change it due to work scheduling conflict and they moved out a day and offered to call me with a delivery time. The delivery service called me and said they would be there between 1 and 1:30 and they arrived on time. It was 2 people ( a man and a woman) in a smaller pick up. They had it unloaded and on there way by 1:30. The sofa was secured on a pallet. I had them leave it on my porch. I unwrapped it and had my grandson and his friends bring the base in. It took me by myself about 30 minutes to put the backs on and plug it up.
