Does this work on glasses marks on the nose?

That's not how I have been using it, but don't see why it wouldn't work.

Does this work for dark circles around eyes?

Considering it says don't get in eyes I wouldn't use it that close to the eye. However it has made my sun spots on the skin considerably lighter so far. As long as this old brain can remember to use it.
