This heavy hammer and chisel kit is a beast. I had to pression chisel a 12inch thick by 9inch solid concrete that was overpoured form our house foundation. I had to make way for drainage form our downspouts to connect with the 4 inch PVC underground. The heavy hammer was compact so I could get the chisel in the correct angle to score the concrete and it was like a giant ice cube when it cracked clean. The sharp edge on the chisel was un blemished, the guard saved my hand more than once, the gloves helped with holding both tools and eye protection fit over my glasses which was great. The hammer handle fit my hand perfectly and its no slip grip allowed to hit with force , its a must have

I was really surprised with the quality of the tools. I didn't have high expectations but it turned out to be great. I've used these tools a few times now when I go out in the fossil pit near me.

I hit with a hammer it breaks I use chisel with hammer it chiseled

I used this kit for geode hunting and opening geodes. I used the globes when picking them up, then the sledgehammer and goggles for breaking them open. We tried using the other tool to more accurately split the geodes, but this didn't work. We break them open. Goggles were definitely necessary and came in handy. Little rock shards flew everywhere and one even cut my leg! I'm glad my eyes were protected!

Im just smashing agates with it. Holding up pretty good for the price. Very heavy and nice size. Performs perfect for what im using it for. I hope to take it to a fossil bed with limestone and see how easy it works on that.
