NOT 1/4 - 20. Potential safety hazard.
Recommend you not purchase or use. Major diameter of the one I received was well under the minimum allowed for 1/4 - 20 UNC. I could not sufficiently hand tighten mine and upon investigation with calipers found the stated diameter error. After install, I could shake the seat and the subject screw would loosen ( definitely not good because we all know how a Harley shakes).
