I used the camera for both indoor and outdoor to watch on my cats when I'm absent from home. With dual cameras, it can effectively cover most of part of the activity area of my cats. I can check on the from time to time on my phone when I'm at work. The picture quality is satisfying with no delay or blur and can be used to take casual pictures of my cats activities. With the night vision mode, outdoor situation can be visualized on my phone and laptop to keep me safety at home. Overall I'm happy with it.

I purchased two of these systems with four additional cameras. I will give you the good and the bad.The good•The picture quality is surprisingly good.•Setup is easy if you only want to use two cameras.•The app is simple to navigate.•Recording to base station for secure storage, no subscription is required.•The solar charging works well, will be reviewed in four months.•Audio and alarms are good on these units for their size.•The system is shareable to family and friends.The Bad.•Works with Alexa is a bit misleading and useless. You must use ease-cloud storage subscription to connect skills to Alexa, there are no skills for the I-pro cam application for local storage.•The Alexa skill takes a long-time rendering; I tried using Echo Show 8 to call up the cameras and it took a long time to try and get the footage. The unit timed out each time, Alexa unit are already slow at getting video from Ring units. If you are getting this for the Alexa features don't bother.•Pair additional cameras to the base station uses the same method as the original base station setup. Do not use the QR codes on the camera, this will set the camera up as a standalone unit. Use the sync method to pair for base station storage and recording.•Changing to a new Wi-Fi requires you reset and start from the beginning.•No PC support needs and upgrade.•Motion Detection area is preset and only adjustable by tilting the camera up or down.•To use 24-hour surveillance the cameras must be plugged in, and recorded days will be reduced to the amount of footage. Switch to the 128GB storage option. I have not tested the solar option on 24 hours recording yet.•The cloud subscription charges for each device, the best option is to pair four cameras to the base station. The service will only charge for the recording of the base station.If you are looking for an easy simple monitoring solution with easy setup this is a viable choice. There are additional features on the app like sensitivity of motion and recording time options. I hope this review helps.Update...Using solar panels with these cameras is a caution. I put four cameras on solar in continuous sunlight. The cameras stayed on during sunny days, however at night they will die. The recharging of the camera via the sun is not powerful enough to handle the camera's activity and recharging the battery. The camera would need to be in a place with almost no activity (but why would you need a camera?). I hope you get the idea. Any area with normal to heavy usage will need you to wire in these cameras, pushing up the cost.I will leave the rating at three stars because the solar panel seller pushes the same idea which is not true in any real sense. Solar panels cannot be used for continuous monitoring and recording of outdoor cameras. I used solar panels from two different parties including Noahtec. I will be returning them all as they cannot perform as advertised.

Camera set up was a bit tricky. The instructions are vague and confusing, luckily I found a YouTube video. The image quality is amazing, the night vision is super impressive.Unfortunately, I had no idea that they use a 3rd party app. Look it up for yourself, it’s called EseeCloud & it has mostly 1 star reviews on Apple. The app freezes, glitches and is SO slow, it makes the whole thing practically useless. By the time it pulls up an image after a motion notice, it’s too late. It doesn’t catch everything, like someone coming but not going (this could be the camera not recording). The app is just really buggy & difficult to maneuver in general. I’m just praying someone fixes it, so I don’t have to get new cameras!

I will say the picture is nice.The alerts are annoying because when you go to look at it it says no video and when you finally find where the videos are it takes a bit to come through and 75% of the time there is nothing there and it is set for low detection.I guess I compare to Ring which is what we had at our last home. They are much easier to use. We purchased the 2 camera set plus one camera. I am long past return time or I would. The app is not user friendly either. I will probably just box it up and get rid of it.

The media could not be loaded. This is impressive. Other systems that I have used were difficult to setup and it was time consuming. This particular set only took me 15 minutes to install and program. The picture is clear and vibrant with hardly any lag time. There's even a zoom feature. I will be purchasing two additional cameras and the solar panel.

The 1 Star reviews must be FAKES because these cameras work awesome. 5 Stars for this camera system. There are so many options with this camera that I took my time learning all that they can do. I went fishing way out in the bay and got a notification and could see someone at my front door and could talk to the person. I also purched the 4X6 solar panels so that I would never have to charge them. They are all so clear and work so well, 6 Stars for Noah Tech cameras.

Never worked due to poor set up instructions & inoperative app.The cameras appeared to be of good quality, but the setup instructions were too convoluted & the app failed to work with my phone or pc. In addition to the printed instructions that came with the kit, I sought online help. I attempted setup 4-5x before giving up. I returned the cameras. I would not recommend.

The camera is all that it describes EXCEPT that it requires frequent charging. If you live on a busy street where there's lots of traffic, the camera will activate because of motion. The motion sensor activates from traffic or pedestrian. The description says 180 day charge, my experience has been every 3-5 days. I have never gotten a full 30 days charge.. Unfortunately I waited 2 late to return it.
