Unlike most of the reviews on this toy, I BOUGHT this for my daughter- I was NOT given this set as part of any kind of review. I have a very disappointed kid today. She waited over 2 weeks for this set and got it today only to find out that the face and crown on one of the two smallest puppies were missing. Obviously, with this type of product, where you 'hatch' the toy, I can't even return it. I would like to receive a new puppy with the face and crown printed on it or please refund me. UPDATE: I contacted Spinmaster toys - the manufacturer. They offered a toy we already have as a way to make up for the puppy without a face and crown print. They refused to offer anything further and said I should return it to the retailer which again is impossible because you literally destroy the eggs in order to hatch them. I am upset now and pretty unlikely to buy further sets. Would NOT recommend this product.
