Skip Hop Toddler Sippy Cup - Zoo Steel Straw Bottle, Dino

Ok, after many $, and tons of research, and many disappointments with other (more $) cups ~ THIS IS OUR FAVORITE!!! We've used these since for over 2 years now, soon as we gave up bottles. We tried SO MANY other options. Daddy wanted no spills. Well, you only get 0 spills if you get a cup with a valve, and both our Pediatrician and PD Dentist said NO VALVES for growing tooth buds and tiny jaws. Sorry, Daddy, there were spills. I tried many many other cups, months, and money wasted. These are my favorite. No, they are not spill proof. But they are pretty good in that respect. They are easy to use, easy to clean, cheerful, simple, fit into almost every single thing we ever need to put them into. Inexpensive, and they last a long long time! I even put them the dishwasher, and they are all still as cheerful, cute, and bright as can be! In a frenzy I bought 1, with about 8 other types of cups, back in the "learning to drink from a straw" months. Anything with a valve was too hard for her, and then the Drs said NO VALVES! So I got 6 of these. 2 years ago. I have never bought another cup since then, unless we were away, too long, without our own supplies. iI there is a perfect cup for preventing spills, it is probably not good for your baby's teeth and jaw formation. TRUST ME ~ this is the next best thing. We and she, still love them, it's still so much better than using an open cup around the house, (on the beige carpet), even though she is well capable of using open cups, she loves these, she drinks a LOT of liquids in them, and our carpet stays , well, fairly spot free. As with all in life, there is no clear perfection. But these are close! Don't torture yourself, just get them. Cute, cheap, cheerful, long-lasting, YAAYE!

The bottle is cute, durable, and a great water bottle for a preschooler. It has been washed a great deal and the pic is coming off a bit but other than that my daughter loves it, it’s easy to open, stays closed, and keeps her water pretty cold throughout the day if I freeze it overnight. Great little water bottle for a cutie.

Unbelievably cute! These are such good toddler bottles. The straws are very easy for my little one to use, plus it comes with an extra straw. They are 12 oz bottles, which are larger than most other brands. The company who makes these are European-based and it's a good quality product. My daughter likes to throw her cups/ bottles in the ground and these hold up. The tops stay on. The Velcro loop is a nice feature. They are dishwasher safe and the images have not come off so far after a few washes. With the lid closed, these are totally spill-proof. Liquid will leak out of the straw if the lid is open and the bottle is tipped over, but that's not the manufacturer's fault, it's science. 😉 Overall, these are the best sippy bottles I've come across. I will definitely be buying more!

I was looking for a cup that was leak proof when it was closed. A cup with no valve and easy to clean. This was it. Since it has no valve if it gets tip over, it will leak. The hole on the top is necessary to vent the cup. It's easy for my 3 year old to open and close. The handle I love because I can strap it on to almost anything. you get an extra straw. Which was a plus for me because my son tends to chew thru the straw. But there are no replacement straws available to purchase. The straw goes all the way down to the bottom unlike other similar cups. So he gets to drink every last drop. He liked the dino print. My only complain is, We've had the cup for a month now and the graphic has come off. It is only hand washed. Skip hop needs to find a different way to print the graphics on the cup so that they don't come off after it gets washed. I gave it 4 stars because of it. I don't know why skip hop hasn't found a solution to this because there are a lot of bad reviews on this cup because of the fading graphic. I order the cup anyway because the cup itself had all the features I was looking for.

So stinking cute! I bought the whole set! Can’t quite figure out how the lunch box is supposed to attach to the backpack yet though. Haven’t used yet will update once it’s been used a few times. So far I love it Update: everything works really well. The container is perfect. The sippy cup is definitely not spill proof but it isn’t advertised that way so I have no issue there. Everything is very convenient. Lunch box definitely doesn’t attach to the backpack though

I love these water bottles for my girls. I purchased 6 different characters for my two daughters to share. What I love - each bottle comes with an extra straw assembly (2 pc.). I've owned many of these kids cups before with the straw inside and for some reason, the straws end up misplaced. Having an extra set is awesome. This is not only an extra straw that attaches inside the bottle, but there's also an extra exterior straw (the portion that is actually attached to the lid, which is what they drink out of. The designs are really cute and my girls really like them. Something to note. These are not leak free bottles. If you have smaller kids, let's say 2-3 years old and younger, these aren't the best. These are intended for kids who are able to remember to close the top when they are done drinking. If the top is left open and the water bottle ends up on its side or upside down, you will have a leak coming from the straw. With the lid closed, the straw becomes sealed off and reduced the chance of any liquid escaping. Not ideal for toddlers as they most likely aren't going to be aware enough to close the lid every time. Aside from that, these are great for kids 4-5 and up.

I purchased the Skip Hop cup for my two year old. He isn't fond of cups with valves which is why I was drawn to this cup. Pros: -no valve -easy to clean -comes with two straws -strap is removable for cleaning purposes -straw is easy to insert -cup is super easy to assemble -doesn't leak when laying on floor -well made -BPA free Cons: -must be washed by hand if you don't want the photo to rub off -strap must be removed in order to be cleaned if you don't want it to look dingy -the gasket falls out when cleaning If you don't mind the picture rubbing off then you can wash these in the dishwasher but, be careful to take the gasket out or else it will fall out in the dishwasher. Overall, the cup works well for what it's meant to be used for. If given the chance again, I would choose another cup for all the reasons mentioned in the cons section.

The bottle is beautiful, my daughter likes it. The size is good for kids.It is easy to clean but right now (about 6 months used) it has a little leak from top.

I got one and the cap got broken easily so got another one since my girl loves it.

These are very good bottles. Do not leak when closed, light weight, easy for kids to suck. My 2 year old as well as 7 year old use the same model of bottle with different characters. My older daughter lost hers so I repurchased it. It's that good 😊

This is awesome. It comes apart completely so is very easy to clean. The painting on it is cute and my 15 month old loves it! Edit: after using this for a while the painting on the side does start to come off. It is something that can be some what avoided by gentle hand washing but definitely not a deal breaker for me!
