How loud is the air noise or even the motor noise

It’s a variable fan setting.. higher the setting the louder it is.. it’s not bad at 3 in a bedroom.. it’s a soft sound not a racket doesn’t bother to sleep.. so can you hear it .. yes is it bothersome.. no. Benefit is cleaner air. Have had it over a year. Works.

Has anyone had issues with this fan squeaking or creeking?

I've had ours here in Puerto Rico for the past year and it has outlasted the regular fans by a mile
